You are paying for the location here, which is beautiful. Easy to find the property, nice spacious villa with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen space. The outside space is fantastic, it's like being on the beach without the sand!

“Entire villa with private plonge pool for a good price”
Pros: -Huge villa, with nice porch and cute little plonge pool; and perfect view onto the beach -Pongwe is THE most remote place in Zanzibar still, so book if you want total tranquility (but also lack of any kind of shop;) -Nice bedrooms, with good airco -Part of a consortium with another villa and a small restaurant.
