Very well priced for a good night's sleep. I stayed when travelling on the camino and it is a bus ride out of town.

“Great staff, comfortable and clean beds, quiet”

I stayed at this hotel during my Camino journey and found it to be a solid and comfortable stop, even though it's located outside the city center and away from most tourist attractions. That said, it’s still close enough to the Camino route to be convenient for pilgrims, and there are grocery stores like Lidl nearby, which is great for stocking up on essentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and since there’s a bar on the ground floor, someone from the hotel team was always available if needed. The beds were comfortable, and each guest gets their own room key for added security. My room had a standing fan, which was very welcome in the summer heat, and the shower worked well with good water pressure. Basic amenities were covered – toilet paper was well stocked, and free soap was provided – but unfortunately no towel was included, which would’ve been helpful for travelers. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service, perfect if you're looking for something quiet and practical just outside the city.

I liked that there is a cafeteria downstairs. It also felt safe in the area and in this town in general. It was easy to find this hostel.

Clean, simple, comfortable small affordable room. Nothing fancy just a clean place to sleep at a low price. The bar below serves good food.

The staff were very helpful despite being very busy. As one of the party were unwell it was possible to check in early, which was much appreciated. The room was very good and clean, as well as spacious.

Sucio en general, desagradable

This is a great value apartment near Ponferrada! The bar was good fun in the evening and the staff were great! Muchas gracias 🙂👍

“New highlight on the Camino”

David, Kury und Ana have just opened this hostel, a little outside of Ponferrada. The paint is hardly dry on this well-thought out and cleverly appointed hostel. Our room was clean and spacious with a desk and a double bed. The street can be a little loud but the windows close properly and there are external shutters against noise and light. Our spotlessly clean bathroom had a shower and good lighting. The reception was friendly and accommodating. At the moment, there are no restaurant or cafe facilities on site, but there are many little restaurants in walking distance and we had a great breakfast a block away.
