Host was excellent. We phoned him to gain access to the property. He had opened the door earlier to allow our bags to be delivered. Apartment was spacious and well stocked.

Historic town center with a lovely medieval atmosphere. Great sights to visit and contemplate, e.g. Temple Castle in Ponferrada, Gaudi Palace in Astorga. Nice apartment with a comfort and a great location.

The owner was amazing, went above our expectation. Let us check in early, showed us all the features of the apartment. The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, great location. We even cooked a roast chicken and vegetable dinner on our "rest day" from walking the Camino. Highly recommended.

“Home away from home”

Convenient location to the old town of Ponferrada. It is a great base to stay, with all the conveniences of home. Puri was lovely and reached out to us before our arrival to ensure she met us on time to hand over the keys and provide a clear briefing about the apartment; and where to find free nearby parking. Super large and comfortable bed.

“A great flat in a perfect ocation.”

A great host who met us, explained where everything was, as well as letting us use the washing machine which was a bonus a week into our driving holiday. There was plenty of room for the two of us, a comfortable sofa that could turn into a bed, great to use the coffee machine with capsules provided. having been to Ponferrada before the location was a 2 minute walk to the old square so close to cafes etc. We were lucky that they were playing traditional music in the square which we watched with a hundred or so other people.

Close to town & bars restraunts Netflix was a bonus when it rained🌧 We were allowed to park the motorbike (moto) in the garage.
