“Garden retreat in busy Pompeii”

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the entrance to Pompeii. You can get there before the crowds. The circumvesuvium railway is about fifteen minutes walk away. The hotel is not in the actual centre of the modern town of Pompeii, but about twenty minutes' walk away, although this would not be relevant to most sightseers. The hotel is only two storeys high and has a very pleasant garden to sit or picnic in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is helpful.

Fruit for the breakfast. Owners very friendly and guided me in person to the parking facilities in the backyard upon arrival. Lovely garden area with shadow. Very quite. The place is in walking distance to Pompei (took me 10 min.).

The owner was very nice, the breakfast was good, the accommodation has a nice garden, the possibility of parking at the accommodation is great. It is within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) from the archaeological site.

Amazing place to stay! Walking distance to Pompeii city & archaelogical site. Secure parking in their gated backyard and really good breakfast. Super friendly staff, wonderful garden and clean rooms! They even let me park my car there on the day of check out to visit Pompeii until the afternoon. Would definitely stay there again

Good location, close but not to much to Pompei site

Located close to the Pompeii archaeological site. Villa Rocla is a very welcoming, comfortable, well kept and spotlessly clean guest house. The owners and staff were ever helpful made our stay memorable.

Very cute, close to the ruins of Pompeii and perfect for a quick night in the city after the tour. The little pasta shop around the corner and pizzaria down the road were very convenient. The area is a little run down, but the B&B was clean and the breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable, we would reccomend especially for the price and proximity to the ruins. Thank you for the great evening.

Family style breakfast and the family hosting had a very nice vibe - we enjoyed that very much!

Great location for the historic site and the train station. Quite a walk in to town though, although there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

“A trip to Pompeii is a must!”

Roberto and his staff were lovely. Roberto was very proactive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size with toiletries provided. Plenty of clothes hangers. There was even a plug in mosquito repellent made available for our stay. Breakfast was good with both self service and table service. There was free secure parking. Pompeii was about 700 meters away!

The room was clean and comfy with aircon, mosquito net, and a very comfortable bed. We loved the big, peaceful garden that even has secure parking places. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were super thoughtful — they even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early flight that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient for visiting Pompeii! Villa Rocla is just a 15-minute walk from the main entrance. Breakfast was decent, offering a wide selection of fresh items. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. If you're visiting Pompeii, I'd highly recommend staying at Villa Rocla.

Relaxing on the terrace in the garden is a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. Parking is available right in the courtyard, so you can park just steps away from your room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, keeping in touch from the moment we arrived. They were there to welcome us and guide us to the parking area. Breakfast is served in a cozy and pleasant space. The garden area is peaceful, especially in the evenings. The price to quality ratio is fair charging more wouldn’t feel reasonable. The facilities and their quality match the price. If you’re not looking for luxury but want a comfortable stay in this city, you’ll enjoy it here.

Great location, just 20 minutes from the train station and from the Pompeii archeological site, but still very quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good. Air conditioning was much appreciated.
