Everything. Was perfect, location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. 10 min walk to the ruins, and 10 min walk the other way to restaurants etc

“Good location; clean and comfy”

The villa is roughly equidistant from the railway station and the Pompeii ruins, so very convenient. Although located on a main road, we found the room quiet and we were grateful for the air conditioning. The en suite bathroom was a generous size, and the bed was comfortable. The communal kitchen was perfect to make hot drinks and we enjoyed the pastries and yogurts for breakfast. Everywhere was very clean.

Such a safe place to stay as a solo female traveller, very secure, very modern and lovely house. Gorgeous room, easy walk to the ruins, and the other way to the new city centre.

Stefano was great in getting us after hours, explaining what was what, carried my bag upstairs for me, local knowledge too. The decor was perfect. The bathroom was spacious and shower great! The towels were super big and fluffy! The bed was very comfortable! Little kitchenette available with some snacks etc and coffee facilities.

Great location: it can be reached by car, train, it’s on a main street so it’s easy to drive to. It has parking facilities. It is also at walking distance to the archeological site. The room is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Bed linens and furniture are of great quality. The bathroom is ample and luminous. There’s a nice and well stocked kitchenette shared by the bedrooms for anything you need and in the morning we’ve been spoiled by freshly baked pastries brought by the owner, who is always available on the phone and in person, kind and a source of information. All this at a honest price, considering the location. We felt like being hosted by a friend more than a “structure” and we definitely recommend Villa Ettore!

Very safe , private , clean, helpful and friendly ! Great to park up and walk to the Pompei Ruins and the Old town of Pompei, really lovely croissants for breakfast ! Delicious in fact and there was a small communal kitchen where you can have tea and coffee and other snacks. And independent stay but perfect for what we needed!

Breakfast was great, loved the tray outside the room. It’s very private and close to everything. Would stay longer next time, 2 days felt a bit rushed to see everything.

Beautiful big room, very clean, comfortable (but a bit too soft) bed. Extremelt convenient location if you are planning to visit Pompeii. Stefano was very communicative, personable, and helpful. He gave us good recommendations in terms of where not to eat (tourist traps). Decent breakfast of fresh cornetti in the morning.

Extremely clean and accessible to the Pompei site, parking space was right outside the house. Stefano was very helpful and prompt in responding messages.

Beautiful property, lovely and spacious room and Stefano is a wonderful host - good communication, great advice about Pompei and available for queries. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast prepared every morning.

Perfect location and very easy parking. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Great for a short or longer stay and close to the ruins and train station. The host was super lovely and very knowledgeable with the area and spoke great English. Room extremely comfortable, clean and tidy,

“Incredibly friendly host and great location for a stay in Pompeij.”

The host was really friendly, helpful and flexible and gave us great tips for the best restaurants and routes to the Pompeij ruins. We arrived quite late in the evening and it was assuring to know that someone was there to welcome us. For an extra plus, we were able to park our rental car right in front of the accommodation for our whole stay. Can really recommend Villa Ettore!
