Beautiful and friendly

Clean and very nice house. Easy access by car. Nice staff and a 15 min walk from the archeological site in Pompei. Nice pool area.

“Quiet, spacious, homely. 13min walk to Pompei”

Our perfect base for Pompei, Herculaneum, Naples and Vesuvio. The entire Villa has been completely renovated and restored to a high standard. Our room on the top floor was very spacious with a second bedroom for our 13 yr old daughter. The bathroom included a hydrotherapy shower. We even had a small balcony overlooking the quiet residential area. The floor below had a communal living room, fulled equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and balcony area with several tables. As there are only 3 rooms we generally had this area to ourselves. Breakfast was served around 07:30 and left out for us to help ourselves and eat out on the balcony. The owners were happy to make some changes to the breakfast menu. POOL AREA: small but well maintained swimming pool and adjacent patio area with 6 sun loungers. Again we had this to ourselves for an afternoon. Great recharge :-)

The property was in an excellent location to reach local shops and restaurants and shopping Mall. Pompeii ruins were easily walkable as was the bus tops and train station. The room we choose had views of the town, the bay and vesuvius! Absolutely astounding! The villa was securely locked and the area felt safe and relaxing for tourists. February is a brilliant time of year to avoid high temperatures, queues and crowded areas and to have easy access to museums, transportation, ruins and restaurants without booking. The Staff at the villa were friendly and very helpful making you feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was varied and delicious, you only had to ask and it was provided. We stayed for a week and managed to spend a day in Naples and the Archeology museum. A day at Herculaneum ruins and museum. A day at Pompeii ruins and museum. A few hours at Sorrento, soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. A day walking up vesuvius and an exciting bus ride up and down only costing £2.80 Euros each way catch bus opposite Pompeii train station and would definitely recommend to others. The atmosphere and awesome views and the beautifully decorated rooms truly made it a holiday to remember fondly forever!

Spacious room and residence quarters. Very nice situated quite near the intrance to the ruins and the big mall. In summer this must be heaven with the yard and swimming pool.

“Quiet location near the archaeological sights”

We had a great stay! Atonella was a lovely host and the pool was clean and very refreshing after a hot day sightseeing. Our room was big and airy with a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the bay of Sorrento! Just a short walk to Pompeii and the Pompeii Scavi train station with a regular train service to Sorrento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! I traveled with my daughter, and Villa Elisabetta was just perfect for us. Very close (walking distance) to Scavi di Pompei (main Porta Marina entrance). Good starting point also for excursions to other sights. Nice rooms, delicious breakfast, very friendly atmosphere.

Staff were friendly, good breakfast and nice deep pool. Location was good.

“Lovely stay in great accommodation”

The location for us was perfect. It was a 10 min walk to train station and pompeii ruins. So we took day trips in to Sorrento and Namples via the train, while having lovely accommodation and nearly sole access to a beautiful pool area in the evenings after the activities at a very reasonable price. WIFI was good. View from the kitchen balcony was lovely. The shared spaces and rooms are spotless, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the people who work there were lovely. If we were travelling to that area again, we would stay again.

Fantastic property, immaculately clean. Lovely communal space which was like our own living/dining /kitchen as no other guests used it. Terraces all round property. Spa bath and amaxing shower. Fab cooked breakfast (choice of sweet or savoury). 8 mins walk from Villa dei Misterie , Pompei entrance.

The hostess was very friendly and accomodating. The view from the very large balconies was amazing: Napoli bay, Capri and Vesuvius. Looking down closer we could see the sizeable pool that will make a rewarding addition to the experience for summer guests. The location is about 15 minutes walking distance from the entrance.

“Convenient Location to Visit Pompeii”

Villa Elisabetta had a very comfortable large bedroom and bathroom. There was a very nice balcony off the room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom facilities were all very good. Having a designated parking space inside the gate was a definite bonus for visiting Pompeii - the archeological site is a 15 minute walk. Our two little dogs were very welcome here. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable and felt very safe even walking in the evening.
