This was a self catering apartment. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. Owners made us dinner on the first night as we were late in as at the time we had no transport. Also offered breakfast next day all fantastic home made food.

Lovely apartment with stunning view of Vesuvius from the patio. Whole apartment block was very attractive with a lovely swimming pool area and beautiful gardens. The family make it extra special, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to be super helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful and welcome as there is very little around the actual apartment.

“Great villa if you're driving to Pompei”

The property is great! Nice easy free parking on site. The Villa is a bit further down the road than Google maps suggests. The host met us and took us through the villa. It would be magnficent in Summer with the pool area, but it was Winter for us. The reverse cycle AC's were somewhat difficult to get working, but there are 3 of them - more than sufficient to heat the house. You would really on stay here if you had a car as it's not near the Pompei old city as such, but easy access with a car. Simone was super helpful getting an extra bed set up, and fixing the shower when the shower head leaked. Highly recommend, friendly family atmosphere.

First of all, the host is very kind, helpful and supportive to any kind of questions. The location is very quiet. We were five and equipment of apartment is good for this number of people with a full terrace for us. Beds are comfy. House outdoors are nice and lot of car parks very convenient.

We were welcomed heartily by Simon and family to their guesthouse. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace and great views. The pool and gardens are beautiful, and the family work hard to keep it this way. The whole place has a friendly, family feel and is an oasis of calm away from the chaos around Pompeii ruins. Highly recommend a stay here.

We loved the place, it's family run and has a very welcoming feel to it. The whole family was very attentive and would get out of their way to accommodate you. The place is beautiful and the food was magnificent. They cook for you on the night and everything is fresh and wonderful. Plenty to drink and they really were super generous.

Beautiful clean apartment, spacious and newly renovated. Stunning pool and a lovely family that owns it! Very kind, friendly and super helpful!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They are very welcoming and gave us free drinks on arrival and helped with a taxi to the airport when we left. Its reasonably close to Pompeii and Herculaneum, roads are narrow and busy. Car is essential.

Villa Aurelia is a little gem. It's family run and has a wonderful family atmosphere. We loved the room and the pool but the extra special touch is the family. Aurelia, Simone and Lucia are so welcoming and caring you could not ask for more. Simone insisted on driving us to the station to get the train to Naples rather than us trying to park. We ate at the Villa a couple of nights in our week long stay - all cooked by Aurelia, the most wonderful authentic Italian food and deserts and sweet treats made by Lucia. The accommodation is lovely, big rooms and nicely decorated. The pool is a treat and the gardens are lovely. The location is good for getting out and about. Within 10 mins drive of ancient Pompeii, 30 mins of Herculaneum and 40 mins of Naples but as others have said you do need a car to make the most of it. (We hired a car at Naples Centrale station but now know we could have hired one in Pompeii which would've been better). And of course you have views of Vesvius from the site. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful villa .Great hosts

Everything was beautiful, the owners were very polite. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the pool was amazing. Even when we got in there were freshly cut flowers on the table which smelled beautifly. The garden is insane and they have the cutest dogs outside. 10/10 would recommend.
