The Continental Breakfast was excellent. Good variety and quality. The rooms were very well appointed and the bathroom sleek and modern. The branding of the property as 'Luxury' is justified. The host (Rafa) was first rate and willing to help with any questions and provide advice on travel spots. His organization of airport/hotel/airport transfer was very welcome.

“Fantastic Five Star Stay at Vemaga.”

From start to finish, our stay was excellent. Veronika and Massimo were friendly hosts who greeted us at the property and gave us a quick tour telling us what we needed to know. We speak no Italian, and their English is limited, but this did not cause a problem at all. The hosts communicated all we needed to know about Vemaga for our stay. We were informed what time breakfast was and left in peace. The room (king) is stunning, with two balconies overlooking mountains on one side and the city streets on the other, even a small view of Mount vesuvius! Inside is a spacious bedroom with a huge comfortable bed, with lovely clean linen and beautiful finishes like embroidery of the property on them. The rooms had everything you need from a sofa to a safe, somewhere to hang your clothes and items like mirrors and hairdryers. The double shower is amazing, there is plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are supplied again, clean towels are provided. The radiator in the bathroom is just for show, but there was somewhere to hang your towels that was easily moved, and we just put under the heater to dry them. The entire property was sparkling clean, absolutely no faults Breakfast was delicious and extensive with a mixture of foods including pastries, meat, cheese, yoghurt, nuts, fresh fruit, cereals! Literally so much choice. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing, and as was veronika, giving us extra water and food to take out with us during the day. The property is on quite a busy road so it can he noisy at times, but this didn't bother us. We can't fault our stay at vemaga and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting pompeii, it is central to the town, cathedral, and a ten minute walk to the ruins. If you book this accommodation you won't regret it. They even gave me a small gift for my birthday, which was such a lovely surprise, I will treasure it forever. Thank you for a wonderful stay. “Warm stay in Pompeii”

The proprety is of an exquisite quality in terms of confort, services, ambiance, and closeness of everything in Pompeii: pedestrian area, scavi entrance, city center, fancy restaurnts on Via Sacra, two railway stations. But most of all high quality of this propery is coming from the worm welcoming of the Vemaga family (Ve Veronica Ma Massimo and Ga their daughter Gabriella - with the plus from their adorable dog Maya). The property has an excellent value for money with a fabulous breakfast and with a feeling of being part of a nice family. The location was perfect - close to The Pompeii ruins and nice restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Breakfast was beautifully presented with fresh flowers on the table. Fresh fruit, croissants, sweet biscuits and coffee made to our liking. Veronica and her husband are lovely people who went out of their way to cater for all our needs and comfort. The rooms were comfortable, clean and bathroom facilities were great. An absolute joy to stay at this B&B. As tourists from Australia we highly recommend Vermaga Luxury stay. Owner and staff very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast selection and service was outstanding, Very clean property and rooms were modern, well decorated and there were lovely little touches. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. The property is located in a residential area and you get a true feel of normal Pompeii life, there are plenty of places to eat and the walk to the train station and the ruins is a pleasant flat walk.

Great location, easy to access Pompei Site and short walk to train station. Host was incredibly welcoming and waited on us every day for breakfast including making us fresh orange juice. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We had the room at the end of the corridor which was quiet and private. A lovely local b&b (3 rooms) where we had the place to ourselves!

Veronica and max met us, even though we arrived late. They looked after us so well and went the extra mile to make our stay superb. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was brilliant for the Pompeii ruins. just a short walk away. We had fun communicating with them through Google translate, but it really worked. All the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable.

“Upscale but not “luxury” address, generally enjoyable stay, shame it had to end this way.”

This upscale B&B offers spacious, comfortable accommodations and contemporary design overlooking a noisy street (despite insulated windows) in downtown Pompeii that is close to several fine dining locations. Breakfast is included in the room rate (which is often not the case in Italian B&B’s, despite their use of that term)) and is quite copious, featuring a choice of some fresh fruits and cereals, an orange juice press and espresso and milk foamer machines; however, no hot food or fresh bakery products are available, just some supermarket cold cuts, bread and crackers. The closest entrance to the Pompeii archeological site at the Amphitheater entrance is a 15-minute walk. Be careful about taking trains to Naples or other nearby archeological sites, as Pompeii has three station stops, each on a different line, with one of the two Circumvesuviana stops (serving Herculaneum) that is near the Forum entrance and Villa dei Misteri more than 30 minutes’ walk from the B&B. The Trenitalia train serving Naples and a couple of intermediate stops is faster but much more expensive than the Circumvesuviano local trains. Free parking is possible (but not assured) in the private side street where the building entrance is located.

The location was very central, close to the attractions we wanted to see in Pompeii, as well as close to the train station to get to other locations. The breakfast selections were extensive and super.

The location of the stay is perfect. It is close to the Scavi and in a calm small lane next to a bigger street. The service was fantastic and the rooms new and fresh.The breakfast had everything you want not only “dolce”😀 Many good restaurants and cafés nearby. Very easy if you go by car to Vesuvio🌋 We can highly recommend Vemaga👍

The accomodation was superb and it was beyond our expectation. It's located near the city centre and both train stations. Breakfast was various even with possibility of fresh juice. Coffee maker and microwave were available all the time. Minibar was free of charge. Owners were kind, helpful and friendly.

We arrived early and they were still very welcoming. Very spacious and spotlessly clean suite. Large bed and double shower, two balconies with nice views. Clean bedding and towels everyday. Beautiful coffee and fresh breakfast each morning. Location is 10 mins walk to Pompei train station and 30 min to Pompei ruins, 5 minutes to restaurants. Naples to Pompei train is 30-40 minutes one train. Naples airport to Naples train station is one direct bus called Alibus. All very manageable. There is a mini fridge, safe, and two televisions, sofa for sitting area. We asked for an iron and they ironed the t shirts for us. Overall very lovely place and we would definitely stay here again. Owers seem to live on site so never far away. Veronica doesn’t speak English but we still managed a conversation and laughs with Google translate, a lovely lady. Thank you for being so kind.

“Luxury, comfortable, welcoming fantastic stay in Pompei.”

Veronica and her family made us so very welcome, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, the breakfasts were exceptional, a highlight of the day! The property is ideally located for visiting Pompei Ruins, Herculaneum Ruins and Vesuvius. We stayed for 4 nights in the King suite which had balconies off of every room including the bathroom, and we spent most evenings on the balcony with our own food bought from one of the many shops and deli's that are in the street below, if you prefer to eat in restaurants then you won't be disappointed with the choice, (we can recommend the pizza restaurant over the road!). Our hosts even ran us to the station on one day as we were running late, they honestly can't do enough for you and we can't recommend any stay higher than Vemaga it was 10/10 on all counts.
