The hotel and the staff are magnificent. The roof jacuzzi and the garden were just great! Breakfast was also good.

Decent stay, good location and good breakfast

Great location and a secure car park which was easy to get in to on the property . Room was comfortable with great air con and bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and spoke English very well.

Properties located very centrally and ideal for the ruins or for a stroll around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and organising transport for us.

Mario was great, we arrived 30 minutes late due to flight delay, but he waited at the Dream House without a cost even if the reception was already closed 💪

Friendly staff, central and convenient location for visiting Pompeii, and a lovely room facing Vesuvius! Breakfast was great, and meeting Molly the garden tortoise was very cool. Would recommend 😊!

Wonderful hosts, clean and spacious room with high ceilings, fantastic location. We used the hot tub in the evening, which was brilliant for the children - it had a beautiful view. Great breakfast and restaurant recommendations and we loved the tortoise Molly in the garden!

The host was friendly. We could easily park the car at the private area. The room was spacious and clean.

The location was perfect for a day trip to Pompei. The hotel is very close to one of the park main entrances. It is close to bars and Cafes but in a peaceful location. The room was great. The breakfast was great. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to assist with details of how we could continue our travels. 100% recommended.

“Perfect for the sites and town”

A very comfortable stay. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and plenty of secure parking. The garden is lovely to sit in after a busy day at the Archeological sites. Access is easy to one of the site gates (if you have pre-booked tickets don’t listen to the touts you can enter thru this gate) and it’s a quick stroll to the town piazza.

The room and the bathroom were beautiful and specious. We came from France for 1 night with a 9 months old child. I’ve been talking to the staff by messages before the journey to arrange things for my baby and they all were so kind and comprehensive, always smiling, which is such a relief and erase any stress ! The hotel is ideally situated : 3 minutes by foot from the Basilic and shops. I recommande it 100% !

Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good indeed too. The staff were very helpful when we requested the assistance to places we wanted to visit, especially the best way to Pompéi ruins.

1. Disappointment at the breakfast - the serving lady didn't speak any language other than Italian, to the extent that she could tell the difference between HOT and COLD, subsequently serving us the cold latte coffee... 2. Low water pressure and lukewarm water under shower 3. Missing tiles under the shower look sub-standard and ugly.

The room was lovely although a little bit tight with 2 suitcases. Breakfast was ok. The location was superb for both the ruins and town. The facility was very clean and high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
