The friendliness and willingness to help on the part of the host. The room was comfortable and very modern with an awesome bed and kitchen facilities. The bathroom was spacious enough and offered a walk in shower which I always prefer. The cleanliness overall was impressive. I can totally understand why this property has such an excellent rating. This place is super nice, very well equiped, beautiful interior, very comfortable bed, clean and has all you need. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner Sam is a really great guy too, would book it again straight, highly recommended!

Sam was amazing, the rooms were clean and the pool was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, and the pier isn't far away at all. The neighborhood was quiet and I didn't worry about parking the rental car in the lot. Honestly, the perfect spot for my young son and I to spend our first 'real' vacation. :)

Great value! Comfortable, clean room. Sam was incredibly welcoming and helpful! Very short walk to the beach. It’s not the Ritz, but who needs the Ritz when you’ve got the ocean. We’re not ones to sit in a hotel! Great food and amenities close by. Will definitely return!!

The room suited us perfect. We had a kitchen to cook food by ourselves. It is close to the beach. Only 25 feet from parking spot to door. The electroninc door-lock is covinient. The owner, Sam, is extremely helpful and always ask us if we need new linen, towels or cleaning. We also borrowed some chairs and one umbrella for the beach for free. We stayed for two weeks but it could definitely be longer and we will likely return some day There seems to be a lot of regular guests and there was a friendly and familiar atmosphere at the location.

the location is amazing, in walking distance to the beach and to some nice restaurants and shops. The owner is super nice and helpful. If you have any question, he will be happy to help you :) the room was very comfortable and complete . The internet was great and there was a smart TV that has a lot of channels and Netflix. We will be back!
