Overview
Located in Nea Dimmata, Marilena Sunset Villa 1 offers an outdoor private pool with a sun terrace featuring wooden sun beds and umbrellas. The sea is 200 metres away, while at 400 metres you will find shops and restaurants. Marilena Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan area including the kitchen, the living room and the dining area. It is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, safety box and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Guests can have a BBQ at the on-site facilities and then dine al fresco on the furnished veranda. A table-tennis table and free private, on-site parking are also provided. Τhe pool can be heated at extra charge. The centre of Polis Chrysochous is 12 km away. Paphos City is is a 40-minute drive away, while Paphos Airport is a 50-minute drive away. Larnaca International Airport can be reached within a 2.5-hour drive.

Amazing! The property was clean and well kept. It was huge and had a lovely bbq and swings. The pool was huge and very deep, however it was VERY COLD. I recommend paying extra to have it heated. the owner was so friendly, we even had a bbq with him and his wife on one of the nights. Very lovely people living near by. I recommend trying ‘koullas’. It’s a Lunch shop about a 10 minute walk towards pomos and has spectacular views.

The area around the villa is so peaceful and relaxing. The villa could be beautiful but has been neglected. Andreas, the owner, was friendly and even picked us fresh oranges and pomegranates from the garden

“Stunning Villa in a Quiet Location”
We stayed at Marilena Sunset Villa 1 for 10 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. It was very private and ideal if you are after a quiet & peaceful holiday. You definitely need a hire car though as it is a little bit secluded and a bit of a distance from any shop or bar. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and it catered for all of our needs. The host, Andreas was a lovely man too. The villa provided perfect views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets that Cyprus has to offer. There are a few stray cats that hang around the villa, but they did not pose a problem at all as they were surprisingly friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and I will definitely be looking to book again for next year 😊
