Everything was perfect. The house itself is located close to the the beach in a quiet area. Beautiful private swimming pool gives you privacy and taste of luxury. Attending staff, nothing was a problem - and we had demanding requests. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a villa in the first row from the sea, 4 adults and one child. Pros: + Very nice owner who waited for us with the keys despite our late arrival. She also helped us with shopping on the first day. + Parking space right outside the villa. + The villa was spacious, with enough room for two couples with a child. + An extra baby cot was available. + Fully equipped kitchen. + Well-functioning air conditioning not only in the bedrooms but also in the living room. + Possibility to order lunch delivery from nearby restaurants. + A regular-shaped, fairly deep swimming pool. You could swim in it. + About 150 metres to the sea and 600 metres to the nearest beach - Koshino Beach (the beaches in this part of the island are rocky).

We loved everything about this Villa. The hosts Diana and Mattheos were very welcoming, the bottle wine was nice, the view amazing, the towels were soft and the beds very comfortable, everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday.

The villa is in a great location, maybe a bit far from the main resort towns, with excellent visibility, the sea is a pity that the shore is not very suitable for swimming, but otherwise everything is very good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, it's nice that they change the bed linen and towels once a week. Overall, we had a great time, we recommend this villa.

Very nice location, quiet, at the end of the word, this is what we really needed, good running routes, fantastic breakfast at at seaside table 100 m from the villa, super sunsets every evening. The villa was comfortable the garden an pool area was really nice to relax. The host Matheos was really friendly and always available, we were also offered by mandarin fresh form the garden. Nice memóry for our family !

“Our stay for a family wedding”

The villa was exceptional. Four big bedrooms all with ensuites. Furnished and decorated to a high standard. Absolutely spotless throughout. The pool is a good size and depth and cleaned every day while you're still in bed. Lovely sunloungers and table and chairs on the patio. So peaceful with sea views. The best villa I've stayed in and nothing is too much trouble. Wine in the fridge and coffee, tea, sugar, and milk also, enough supplies until you can get to the shops. No complaints about anything at all. The showers were brilliant, and wardrobe space was more than adequate . The kitchen cupboard space was plentiful with qreat quality crockery and glasses, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is plenty of space and privacy between villas, so you are not overlooked around the pool area at all.

The owners of the villa are very, very nice and good people, they helped us in everything. The villa is very beautiful and it is very close to the sea and the area is very beautiful and quiet.

“Great place, very quiet with a lovely local beach with beach bar, and fish restaurant in the harbour”

There are four villas. We were a group of 13 and we stayed in the two Artemis Villas which are on the left as you look from the sea. The one at the front, which has a bit of grass and magnificent sea views, is three bedroom, the one at the back is the four bedroom. The one the front is older but has a better pool, rectangular instead of square. Both were in great condition and well looked after. We were met on arrival by Matheos and he was on hand throughout our stay, bringing fresh mangoes on a couple of occasions. All in all it was a great stay. Do... Hire a car although there is a bus stop outside. Visit Omodos, a bustling mountain village. Visit Linos Winery, near Omodos. Free wine tasting with Theo. Buy his amazing blue wine! Visit Millomeris waterfall, also near Omodos. Do not use satnav or you'll end up with a long walk. Look at maps and follow road to Millomeris cafe. Visit Latchi harbour and marina and go on a blue lagoon cruise.

The best villa ever !

“Fabulous villa with amazing sea views in a quiet village away from the main tourist areas”

This is a really lovely spot, very close to the sea. The villa has everything you need, all the rooms are very nice and air conditioned and the upstairs double has a large balcony which is great for sundowners and watching the sun set over the sea. There is a very nice small harbour with sheltered swimming a few minutes walk away which has a small beach bar with sun loungers. The village has a small shop (Kiosk supermarket) which has most things you need or you can drive a few miles to Polis for a bigger shop. The pool is a good size and is well maintained. The hosts are very responsive and kindly left wine, fruit, dessert etc for our stay. If you fancy driving a bit further afield Kato Pyrgos (Grape by the sea) is worth a visit, or you can drive up the hills to see Kykkos Monastery or the wild sheep (mouflons) in Stavros. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you prefer a quieter break. we hope to return some day.

Such an amazingly run family business that pays attention to ever little detail. We are a family of 12 that hired 2 villas for 2 weeks. Our every request was catered to instantly, and the villas were very well equipped and immaculate. Just a short walk along the beach and there is a cocktail bar with a great holiday vibe and a seafood restaurant that never failed to impress. Matheos, our main family contact organized us airport transfers, car hire and not to mention food delivery when we wanted to stay indoors at night. Nothing was too much trouble for this family and they made our family holiday perfect.
