Family trip with 2 adults + 3 young kids (two 6-year-old and one 4-year-olds). Perfect location for us: quick walk to the beach, right in the middle of Polichrono. Flexible meals: we ate downstairs at the on-site open kitchen/restaurant or cooked breakfast in the room (hob, pots, plates, and cutlery provided). Food was excellent: everything fresh and delicious. Our kids loved their souvlaki so much they had it almost daily. Staff were wonderful: very kind, welcoming, and attentive both at the apartments and in the restaurant. They made us feel at home. Handy mini-market next door: super friendly staff who happily let our kids browse the toy shelves many times a day. Beach is small (about 10 m deep), but we used the property’s sunbeds comfortably. There’s a small minimum spend per day, which we covered with coffees, beers, and even lunch. Sea water: very warm and clean. Resort: clean overall, with plenty of places to eat and things to see nearby. Room comfort: the upstairs loft wasn’t too hot; even I slept up there when kids changed plans. Bathroom: always had hot water—great for rinsing off salt and sand. Evenings: not noisy—just a pleasant buzz of people strolling the seafront. Music nearby: tasteful background music (none of the loud, annoying stuff). Bugs: we caught no mosquito/flies/wasp season during our stay. Bottom line: Fantastic family-friendly base in Polichrono. Warm, clean sea, delicious food, and an incredibly kind team who made our holiday easy and enjoyable.

“Perfect Beachfront Stay with Seaview”

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is truly unbeatable – right on the beach, with a spacious balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had plenty of space for all four of us. A big plus was the complimentary sun umbrella and two sunbeds provided on the beach. Another highlight was the restaurant located just underneath the apartment – the food was delicious. The staff, both at the restaurant and the property, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Location is right on the beach, small balcony overlooking the sea, good AC, friendly team running the restaurant below that also owns these 2 apartments above (no noise at night, it closed at a sensible time so no issue there). Best and pillows comfy, and you get to use the sunbeds and umbrellas right outside to enjoy the beach. Basic kitchen with fridge and coffee machine, all we needed as there are so many options to eat literally next door, and the restaurant itself is well known in the area too. The host Cloepatra was super friendly and helpful. There is 1 dedicated bedroom, and a mezzanine level upstairs with 3 single beds too. The little town of Polychrono is great - loads of bars, restaurants, lovely beach going the whole stretch along the front

The location is fantastic, right by the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, for those who plan to spend a lot of time cooking, the kitchen is quite small and suited for basic tasks. What truly stood out was the exceptional contact with Kleopatra, who was incredibly kind and helpful in every matter. Highly recommend! It was a wonderful time, relaxing in peace and quiet, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. If all owners cared for their guests as much, it would be better to spend time exclusively on trips rather than at home:)

The apartment was very clean and beautiful

The owner was very kind and attentive. He informed us about the house. she helped with parking. The location of the house is perfect, there are all kinds of kitchenware, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works very well. We were very pleased with our stay. If I come to this area again, I would like to stay in this house again.

The apartment was in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the sea. The food in the restaurant was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff was very kind and very attentive to the children. I will definitly come back.

Perfect location, fully equipped with everything you should need. Even beach towels which is a bonus as saves packing it in a small cabin suitcase. Large terrace opposed to a small balcony. Above their own restaurant which will deliver food upstairs to the apartment should you want it. All the staff were so friendly and treated us like royalty, felt so spoilt. The location is probably the best value here - literally 5m from the beach, lovely view from the balcony every morning when we had coffee with my husband. There were kitchen appliances and bathroom toiletries for use, there were towels and beach towels at hand. The towels and linens were changed every three days. The apartment was clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always available for any questions and needs. The restaurant is also great, as well as the beach in front of the apartment. You pay for drinks if you need sunbeds, but that is understandable and plus comes useful in the sun :) All in all, it felt like a proper holiday and thank you for that!
