“Overpriced and without the facilitation that would be apropriate for such prices”
They have a policy not to issue receipts or invoices. They were socked when i asked for a receipt to be reimbursed by my company. They issued the receipt 1 month later with the date of the day that was issued and not of my stay. So the company didn't cover my expenses and i had to pay it fully out of my pocket. I had to communicate 4-5 times even to get a delayed receipt.

“Spotless house”
The location and the host were more then we espected. The host prepared for us a cake and some food and that was very surprised for us. We were just us in the whole house.
