Overview
Located in Polychrono, the seafront Alkionides offers boutique rooms with unobstructed sea views and hydromassage shower cabins. It has an a la carte restaurant by the sea and a bar with a large wine cellar. Alkionides Rooms have an indivudual decor and open out to a furnished balcony. They come with air conditioning, mini fridge, coffee maker and a satellite, flat-screen TV. The property is within walking distance of the many cafes, taverns and mini markets of the village. “A view to stay there for :)”
Location was great - we could see the sunrise from our bed! We were on the second (last) floor and the view of the sea was lovely. This was really the selling point for us. The rooms are also lovely, bath cabin is a bit small (not sure if a big person will feel comfortable in it as it is quite tight), but otherwise wonderful - furnishing, design, cosy feel - it's all there. As the hotel is on the main street by the beach it does have noise (strangely not coming from the tavern under the rooms, but mostly from the nearby cafes and taverns). But - as my partner is a snorer, it worked well for us as the outside sounds made a nice white noise so that I can sleep (most of the time :)

“Great holiday”
Excellent small hotel right on the beach. The hotel has a very good restaurant serving excellent traditional Greek food. Staff are very friendly. We had a great holiday. Thanks to the hotel owners and staff!

“10/10 would recommend”
The staff was super friendly and made our experience so much better. The location is very convenient, you practically step out and you're at the beach. Even though there is a tavern in the building we didn't experience any noise, once you shut the windows it's all quiet.

“Best Hotel since Decade”
In 1 month i booked 6 hotels And all with almost 9 ore some 10 stars Alkionides was the best from all 6 All was clean & comfortabel The best bed i ever sleep in a hotel room , verry soft. Beautiful location verry friendly familie who runs the hotel, they take me for my birthday to a restaurant next village direct at the sea, it was delicious. Thank you all dear familie, they where al so friendly & that end of season. ***** 5 Stars

An area perfecr for people traveling as a family. The beach is right in front of the hotel, very convenient for those who do not want to travel by car during the vacation or travel with minors. The hotel restaurant is excellent: service, food, position. We recommend the restaurant 100%. The room is extremely small with little luggage space. There is not enough space to fully open the closet door, and the bathroom is so small that the sink is positioned in the room. The bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, even though it had a window (the window overlooks another balcony, which is why I couldn't keep it open). At the same time, the shower has a leak that sometimes causes both the bathroom and the room to be flooded. The room is clean and has all the presented facilities. Access to the accommodation is difficult, but the staff was always kind and quick to offer help and answers. Extremely friendly.

Our stay was great, the room was clean and very nice, and waking up with the view of the incredibile Greek sea is priceless. If you stay here definitely check out the restaurant below (Flegra) because it’s great.

The location of the property is perfect. There's parking as well, which is a huge plus. The room was clean and modern. The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming.

The location is great, directly at the sea, we stayed in the room with balcony and sea view, I definitely recommend these rooms. The bedsheets and towels are very clean and new. There are many restaurants around, the restaurant of this facility, Flegra, is the best at Polycrono! The staff from the hotel and restaurant is very nice and helpful.
