Overview
Set within 3,000 m² of well-kept gardens, Akrathos Houses is a complex of spacious apartments with furnished balconies and patios enjoying sea and garden views. A pathway connects to the sandy beach of Polychrono just a few metres away. Akrathos apartments are modernly decorated with light-wood furnishings and bright splashes of colour. They include a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and living room and they are all air conditioned. In the garden of Akrathos, guests will find a shaded kiosk with BBQ facilities, benches and tables for al fresco dining. There are free sun beds and umbrellas provided on the beach. The seaside village of Chanioti is 5 km away and the lively Kallithea is at 11 km. Akrathos offers private parking on site free of charge.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and regularly cleaned. It is located in a quite peaceful area, yet sufficiently close to the town center and nearby beaches. The property features a spacious parking lot, as well as amenities for children and adults. The yard is nicely maintained.

I liked everything. It was on an excellent location where you do have privacy and yet you are not far away from the center of the city. A great plus is that you do have an umbrella and chairs on the beach which is just a minute away from the apartment.

The view from the apartment was great, the yard, barbecue area and the playground were also very nice and we liked them a lot. It was quiet during the night in the whole property and were able to listen to the crickets. The location is very good - super close to the beach and beach bar; only 10 mins away from the centre of Polychrono.

Very nice garden with kids playground. Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach. The beach is nice, it is not crowded. But it is not all sandy, it also have many rocks and stones in the water.

Both location and service were great. Provided with very own (under key) umbrella and sunbeds, it was very relaxing, as we could go to the beach any time and not worry about that. Water was exceptionally clean and warm, probably because the beach was not crowded, as it is not located in the centre of Polychrono. Everything was clean and towels and bed sheets were changed twice during our one-week stay. Hosts were there whenever we needed them, but 'invisible' otherwise.

Great location in the quiet part of Polychrono, (if you don't mind 10 mins walk from the center). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Beach is 20 meters away.

Our stay was exceptional , hosts were very polite and there for anything we might need. Our room had amazing view, the kitchen was very well equipped, towels and sheets changed twice during our one week stay which was amazing! The umbrella and sunbeds offered with each room was a huge plus! Beach in front of the property was lovely! We definitely will be back!

Excellent acomodation and friendly staff. Quiet location with allocated beach and umbrellas for each house. Dedicated parking. The Polychrono high street is short walk away and it is one of the best on the peninsula. Go kart track is only walking distance and very affordable.
