All was beautiful, better than expected!

1. Location - only 30mins from the beach , and 45mins drive from Cinque Terre 2. Price- very affordable, great value for money 3. Easy communication via Booking/ in person - translating to preferred language 4. Single beds upstairs - a bit too soft and short for tall people, sofabed extremely comfortable 5. Super clean everything 6. A/C worked, but the fan wasn’t sufficient for people sleeping upstairs 7. Not good drinking water, but had prepared bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruits, sauce, pasta, oil … 8. Wi-Fi had intermittent disruptions 9. Parking on the property in the gated area 10. Amazing hosts! Would come back next year 11. Colossal garden and swimming pool with amazing sunset

Everything was great. If you want a headquarter for you to visit Cinque Terre and you have rented a car, this is the place to stay. The host was extremely nice and provided everything we needed. Even instructions in Romanian. My wife and I both speak English, but still, it was a nice gesture. Big space for a family with two kids and even three. The view is amazing and if you have time to kill, there is a pool in which you can swim and relax if the weather is fine. We really loved it here. Thank you for everything!

“Easy and very fun”

Very cool interior layout, the drive up the mountain to the house was beautiful, and home was comfy. Owners were lovely, gave us lots of info about home and things to do, places to eat, grocery shops etc

As described by other guests, Sergio and Ornella were great hosts and help. They checked in on us on a regular basis to see if we were alright or needed anything. The place has everything a vacation home needs. It is located in the village of Polverara, a small village on top of a hill. The property is really nice and well maintained. Sergio and Ornella did a great job in keeping the place neat and clean.

The hosts were amazing, they were lovely and careful with our needs. Everything it was more than perfect and I could celebrate my birthday in a wonderful place. It is very close to La Spezia, 15 minutes by car.

Thank you Ornella and Sergio for a delightful stay! Super friendly hosts who are so helpful and easy to communicate with and always available for advice. The flat is perfectly located in the hills with stunning views. So peaceful to be out of the city but easy enough to get around and back into the centre. There is a bbq with coal provided and they left us pasta and tomato sauce in the apartment which was useful as we arrived late! The pool is positioned with the view of the hills which was stunning! Such a lovely stay we definitely hope to come back. Thank you again
