“Very happy stay”

We booked 4 rooms for our group of eight adults. All four rooms were quite large with A/C , comfortable beds , well furnished and were very clean. Rooms open to a large dinning area which is also nicely furnished and with a beautiful view of a paddy field. I found the room chargers to be very reasonable for the facilities provided.

This was the second time I stayed in this place. Everything was perfect. Best stay found on Booking.com for us.

Clean and comfortable stay!

A really good place, clean and comfortable. They were very helpful and friendly. They organised me a bicycle and dropped me off at the bus stop in their tuk tuk. They even had even had the sports channels on the tv which is a good bonus

I only had one night here but I loved this place. I was given a welcome drink, the room was spotlessly clean, the shower was fantastic, the TV worked, and the bed and pillow were the most comfortable I've had in Sri Lanka. Amazing value for money.

“Good place in Polonnaruwa”

The family running the business is very kind and welcoming. The structure is relatively new and the common spaces are tidy. The view from the terrace used for breakfast is beautiful (looking onto rice fields). The breakfast is good, abundant and cheap.

The location is next to the rice paddies and the rooms are spacious. Clean but not super clean, we had lots of Gecko leftovers in the bathroom and room. The host was very helpful in organising us a tuktuk and a boat tour to see the lake’s bird life in the morning.

Room is very big, with comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Hot water works very well, there is even a toothpaste. WiFi works very well. We had no mosquitoes. To the historical part you can cycle by bicycle , there is a path, you don’t have to cycle on the highway. The juices are very tasty.

Exceptional hospitality. They allowed me to use the lobby and offered me tea even after check out.. Arranged tuk tuk for me. Very polite and we'll behaved host.

This resort is located face to beautiful paddy field. Large room with very good air condition. About 1km away from center. You can take bicycle rental from here. It's the easiast way to watching ruins. You can take food from outside and eat here. You have facilities for that.
