Rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom is immaculate. Hotel owners are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. They dropped us off at the bus stop on our hotel check-out day. We are grateful for everything.

It was good value for a clean and comfortable room right in the Polonnaruwa area where there aren’t a lot of options for accommodation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice new room, clean and comfortable. The location is good, we rent a bikes from owner to see ancient city. Despite unfinished building I recommend it :)

We liked the location because it is very close to the Ancient city of Polonnaruwa. The person who recieved us and made us breakfast was really nice and friendly.

Nice room with a view on a green rice field not far from the Pollonaruwa ancient city. The owner rented us 2 bikes for doing the tour (doing the tour in the afternoon with the bike is wonderful!).

Good sized clean room with great bathroom facilities as well. Fab location, near to the ancient city and could hire bikes from the guesthouse to explore the area Run by lovely people, the very helpful owner dropped us at the bus stop when we were leaving.

A very nice and quite place. The owner is just great! He pays much attention and suggests different interesting options to visit the town. He knows a wonderful jungle Temple that is not a common tourist attraction!

I have had a fantastic time there! It was very easy to visit Polonnâruvâ with such a friendly host. The breakfast was also really good. The room perfect! Terrific.
