“Okay”
The breakfast was not a buffet, but a fixed menu. We had allowed 30mins for breakfast because we had specific travel arrangements. It took 15 mins to order, the 10 mins to be served. So we had 5 mins to eat. It would have been okay if it had been busy, but we were the only guests.

“Pleasant stay and was a short walk to the ancient bund. Recommended.”
Location was good. Room was comfortable. WiFi was ok, but not stable. Had enough electrical outlets in the room to charge devices. Grounds were very nice. Bathroom was fine, with good hot water pressure. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food.
