The room was not clean, there were a lot of cobwebs in it, there was a lot of dirt on the pillows, and the bathroom was very smelly.

It‘s such a lovely place located right next to the rice fields but still close to shops and the ancient city. The bus station is close by, which makes it easy to reach. The owner was so nice and welcoming. We stayed for one night and had breakfast and dinner there, which delicious.

I stayed two nights.with my wife and two kids. It's a very claim place and no disturbance . Also it has quick access to all the key attractions in polonnaruwa.

Really very nice place to stay in Polonnaruwa Heritage villa, the host was very helpful , room was clean and comfortable, They arranged taxi to visit temples and museum’s, specially breakfast and dinner were delicious I loved this place and excellent service would happily I’ll come back again,

We two families stayed here at Heritage villa Polonnaruwa. Great service from the owner, Shan. He was friendly, helpful and flexible in arranging our rooms. Tasty breakfast served and all the charges were very low. Nice and clean place.
