Really friendly and helpful host. Good location in quiet area. Close to good restaurants, lake for sunset view and near the museum & ancient city. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and great value. The location is excellent for the historical sites and places to eat. The manager, Viraj, is a great guy who helped me with organising bike hire to tour around the city and an excellent elephant safari. It is a very attractive setting. There is a lovely balcony overlooking greenery in every direction. A very relaxing stay.

Very nice building. Big room with a lot of space. The staff is very helpful. Close to the ancient city ( though you need a bike, which the can arrange ).

The host is very friendly, helpful, helps with tips for visiting local attractions. The location is very good. The room is clean, nicely decorated. I highly recommend.

Lovely smiley helpful family who went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. Gave lots of info on things to do and directions for shops. Breakfast was Sri Lankan style but different and tasty each day. Kettle n cups provided. Great location, easy walk along the canal, to shops/restaurants snd museum entrance for ancient city tickets.

Very nice family and helpful. Room was fine clean tidy, functioned well. They very kindly made an excellent breakfast early so we could start cycling earlier.

Great, quiet location close to the sights, restaurants etc. good WiFi and excellent breakfast. Bikes available for cheap hire at guesthouse. Lovely couple run the place and provided lots of information and help. Terrace outside took for chilling.

The home is located near the clock tower and the ancient city. Viraj was very friendly and helpful to get a bike and get to the ancient city. Also his recommendation for food was good - check out Mr. Punsiri’s Kitchen. I would definitely come here again😊

Good location. Easy access to Ancient city and lakeside. Compact comfortable room but good useable outside space. It’s a family run place and the owner Viraj is a v accommodating and attentive person. All excellent. Thank you much appreciated
