“Our stay was ruined by the lack of basic services.”
Outdoor areas, pool, BBQ and tennis courts, had no lighting at all! We specifically chose this place to enjoy outdoor nigths, but it was unsafe and uncomfortable. The host promised a lamp, but it was false, we had to take one from inside the house ourselves and also cook and walk around using our phones flashlights. The host refused any compensation, claiming they never promised or advertised lighting. As another reviewer mentioned before, Sealand Villas does not handle problems responsibly and tries to avoid solutions, refusing to take responsibility. Very disappointing.

“I would certainly stay here again if the access road and security could be improved.”
This Villa was fantastic with all the rooms being a good size and having an en-suite bathroom for each was a real bonus. The kitchen was very modern too. We especially loved the pool and the outside area. The views were also amazing and the daily visit from the friendly local goats was a real treat. The location is fantastic and only a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk in to Pollença. Pollença is a little gem. Also all the communication with the hosts was perfect.

“Great but really wanted to play some tennis”
Location was great - only a 15 minute walk to pollensa and not too hilly. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool is great. Villa is accessible - not too many steppy areas. Key arrangements very straight forward. Easy villas very responsive through message service and booking process straight forward. We did not have a car and found taxi service generally ok although Saturdays tricky due to busy taxis with airport transfers
