“Very lovely town house.”

This is a lovely townhouse in Pollenca. The company which lets the house seems very organised and send me all the paperwork before we arrived. The house is in excellent condition. There are four bedrooms. 2 double rooms with en suite and two twin rooms which share a separate bathroom. The pool is small but perfect for us. The people who run the house were very helpful when we got locked out of the house. They were very quick to respond.

This is our second stay here. It is beautifully presented in every way. The facilities & equipment are first class as is the cleanliness. The different levels provide fantastic view points over the town - esp BBQ area & ‘crows nest’ for pre-din drinks - albeit steps could be a problem for some. Location superb 5 mins walk from town. All-round excellent!!

Overall standard of accommodation was excellent and the extras like tea towels, pool towels and welcome food and wine were a lovely touch. Outdoor areas were fabulous! Lovely views and 5 mins walk to Pollenca square.

Beautifully renovated house in the old town of Pollensa. Property was very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a nice plunge pool. Roof terraces and barbeque were all well used during our stay. Bedrooms were all a good size and beds were comfortable. Ideal for a group of friends or a larger family group like ours.

This is a beautiful, thoughtfully modernised townhouse in an amazing location - walkable to main square - you'll feel like a local! The house has been tastefully decorated, everyone has space and the fittings are beautiful. There are little terraces and a small pool. The view is across the town. It gets incredibly hot up there (we went in July) but there are two umbrellas. We had a really lovely stay. You can park in the street, altho you don't need a car unless wanting to travel about the island. We drove to Cala San Vicente and Cala D'or couple of times to see the beach/do some water sports. Mostly we mooched about the town and had coffee in the closest square. We used the small pool each day to cool off. The air conditioning is brilliant and saved us on some scorching days. We loved our stay.

The property was very well-equipped (everything you could need in the kitchen/laundry areas) and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor areas in particular - with fabulous views - made our stay. The location is very quiet but only a short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants. There is a small bakery just round the corner, along with a locals' bar (Ca'n Toni). Pool towels were provided, as were a few dishwasher tablets (no washing powder). The aircon is modern and quiet, although we didn't use it much (although some of our party did). A welcome pack of wine, bread, butter, lots of fruit was a nice touch. SunVillas responded to queries before/during our stay very quickly, which was very helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to book other properties managed by them.

the design of the outside space was stunning. Different levels offering different perspectives at different times of the day. the ‘crows nest’ at the top was perfect for sun-downers before going out for dinner. the pool was great for a cool-off. inside, the bedrooms were fantastic & the reception rooms had perfect facilities & equipment
