This is our second stay in this beautiful family run hotel. Our room was huge and stunning, furnished in a traditional style, with big floor to ceiling sash windows. The garden area with pool is a little oasis. The staff are lovely.

We loved the staff and the family atmosphere . The hotel is in an excellent location- close to everything but in a quiet oasis. Breakfast was good and the attached restaurant is very good too.

We arrived at this hotel after a long day on the GR221 trail and were very tired. We were received by the very friendly staff and shown to our huge room. The after we realised this was an upgrade from the booked room, so we got lucky. Very clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoy the more personal hotels, and this one really feels like it.

This is a small family-run hotel close to the centre of Pollensa. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and I loved staying there. For me it was a great base for daily cycling trips around north and east Mallorca - the cycle storage facilities are really good, as are the breakfasts!

Really hospitable staff, and a nice well-appointed hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The adjoining restaurant was great too, with well-executed Spanish classics. Secure bicycle storage was very handy too.

This stay was amazing. I only booked a couple of nights as it was a bit more expensive than my other hotel but my goodness it was worth it! The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of Pollenca which makes it much quieter in the evenings (which I like) but still very much central enough to feel like it's part of the hustle and bustle of the town. There is a garden with a small pool, shady areas to sit and sunbeds if you want them. I was upgraded to a suite - up three flights of stairs in a separate townhouse close by, so not good if you struggle with stairs but fine for me. The suite was fabulous - large bedroom with shower room, a large living, kitchen and dining room and two separate roof terraces neither overlooked by any of the surrounding buildings. I felt like a queen!! The family who own and run the hotel, and the staff were all lovely - incredibly accommodating and helpful. I am now saving to go back next year!!
