Great location, right in the middle of the main square with lovely rooftop. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was so hot when we were there, but there were sunbeds up there too. Very comfy bed and excellent shower.

Hotel Juma is situated in a fantastic location, overlooking the main square of the old town. The convenience of having lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep was particularly useful. The quality and choice of the hot and cold breakfasts available at the hotel is fabulous and its’ own restaurant is a must as the staff are wonderful. Onze (our favourite restaurant) across the square serve very delicious food and have a good choice of Mallorcan food and drinks. Do also try Oh Vermut for very reasonable drinks and tapas.

A nice historic building in the MIDDEL of Pollença. That's a good start. Arriving is a bit weird but a nice reception. Room was nice. Could be refreshened, then it would be great. People were of great help !

The location was fabulous right in the historic square and the hotel was very quaint and typically Mallorcan. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The staff were very helpful too.

Kind and friendly staff. The room and view was so beautiful as well. I definitely recommend. The jacuzzi is a nice touch.

Wonderful historic hotel in centre of Pollenca market square. We loved the atmosphere there and our room was overflowing the square with great views. Fantastic shower and room furnished so beautifully. The best thing was the hosts who are a family who have owned the hotel for generations. Simply the best people, so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was excellent. Located in the main square, my room was towards the back so probably not as noisy as some (to be expected given the location). No air con (although that might be because I couldn't work it!) but not needed with a cool breeze through the balcony door. A nice sun deck on the roof. Breakfast was excellent.
