Easy and nice communication with the host. Authentic downtown stay in a cozy little house. 3 nice bedrooms, 2 baths, two living room and a kitchen area as well as a large rooftop area made it a very nice place.

“Wonderful quiet location with great town views”
Location was perfect, terrace fantastic. Having garage huge asset as parking can be difficult, also kept car cool. Facilities very good, top floor newly fitted kitchen etc.

“This is a perfect house to stay in to explore Pollensa, and also to relax in the sun on the rooftop”
The house is brilliant and in a super location. The best bit about the house is the kitchen on the top floor which leads out onto a rooftop terrace. this is a real sun trap. The beds are very comfortable. the kitchen has great facilities. the house also has a large garage on the bottom floor of the house, which is invaluable in Pollensa. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the main square and 10 minutes walk from the Eroski. The house is also very light and airy. Extremely well kept. The hosts are great and easy to contact. I would strongly recommend a stay here.

“Excellent property in an ideal location but didn’t like stairs.”
Location was excellent and the property itself was extremely well equipped with plenty of space throughout. It was very clean and the outside space on the top floor was a perfect sun trap.

“Outstanding location in beautiful Pollenca”
The location of the property is outstanding being so close to Placa Major, the centre of Pollenca. The air conditioning was effective (the best we've experienced) and the views from the top floor were breathtaking.

“A fantastic house and perfect location - would definitely return.”
The house is very clean and spacious and has a large balcony next to kitchen with a glorious view of the mountains and the town. It was a two minute walk to the main square but was so peaceful - a perfect location.
