The agriturismo was very serene and surrounded by nature.It was only 8 minutes drive to Polizzi Generosa and a short drive to great hikes in the Madonie. Pietro and his mother were kind and hospitable and provided good recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend the breakfast and also the dinner if available. The rooms were clean and comfortable and naturally cool in the summer.

Immersed in nature. Very good breakfast and dinner including local products and considering individual dietary needs. Comfortable and clean beds and bathroom.

The place is fabulously located if you like remote and quiet surroundings. The owners were great hosts. Not only did they make us feel welcome and cook some great meals us, we also learned a lot about the region, local food and where best to hike.

Pietro’s place was wonderful and would definitely recommend if looking for a true Sicilian experience in the mountains. The place is close to some exceptional hiking spots as well as about an hour away from Cefalu. The breakfast provided is so well made as well as the dinners that can be purchased for an additional fee. His doggies are also wonderful too. Pietro is also very easy to contact and has great suggestions regarding the area!

Rooms are large, basic and comfortable. Naturally cool. Great for us. Pietro, his brother, mother and whole family really (including the dogs) are fantastic, interesting people who really make the place a wonderful place to stay and explore from. Their knowledge and passion for the area makes all the difference, and I feel I learned a lot in a short space of time. Food was perfect - family cooking with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden. I would gladly stay again.

The location is superb! Far away from mass tourism at the coast. Pietro and his mother are super friendly and always helping. The nearby town of Polizzi Generosa is just great and so authentic. The dinners are great, somple home cooking but amazing fresh ingredients from their garden!

Everything you want from an agriturismo, and better. Wonderful, organic breakfast, superb homely dinner, spacious room, lovely flowers, exceptional hospitality. The drive back and forth to the site is picturesque.

Beautiful location with a friendly and knowledgeable host. Pietro has a wide knowledge of nature, local history and culture. The food was amazing too: straight from garden to kitchen to plate. Delicious organic food and wine.

We have a very good country life experience, amazing place, lovely people. We stay on in this house for two nights, both evenings we stay at home and have a dinner cooked by Pietro's mum. That was great experience, amazing fresh home made food. It is a plenty of interesting places around to visit.

Breakfast was excellent. View and setting was terrific, as was the dinner you could purchase. The food was all fresh from the garden. They were very helpful with suggestions and directions. Dogs and cats were lovely. The only reason the top rating was not given for location was it was a decent walk uphill to town, but it was an easy drive.

We highly recommend staying here. The bed was the most comfortable we have found in Sicily. Breakfast and supper were extremely delicious. Everything was perfect. I cannot praise this place enough. The family is very kind and Pietro speaks english and was able to tell us where to hike and which roads to tour.

“A farm stay in a pretty area.”

This agriturismo was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast was so delicious and served on pretty tablecloths. Little posy of herbs next to the bed and flowers in the room were such a delightful touch. The dinner was made from the garden vegetables and was amazing! The best food - advice eat dinner there! The dogs are so friendly and so were the staff. Pietro is full of knowledge about farming and what to do in the area. I love the way he cares for the earth and is environmentally conscious. Bed was comfortable and room large. We had the best time and met some great people!

“Delightful stay in the Madonie Mountains”

The room was very basic with a tiny bathroom but it was clean and comfortable. Pietro was exceptionally helpful and friendly, giving plenty of reccomendations of what to do, where to eat etc. He was always readily available on WhatsApp which was reassuring if one needed advice. The breakfast was delicious. Everything is from their garden or home made. You can eat dinner there as well, should you wish.

Escape the tourist traps of Palermo and Cefalù and enjoy the real pleasures of Sicily. The farm is beautiful with all of its abundant produce prepared lovingly by Pietro and his mum Cetty and served to you al fresco under the white mulberry tree! The best food we've eaten by far. Private comfortable room, good shower, quiet surroundings, excellent local hikes and views.
