“Beautiful Villa in a prime location”

The location was amazing All the facilities were there to use with lovely touches of wine, water and condiments. A large spacious villa with a beautiful garden and well kept pool.

Location, cleanliness, excellent value for money, private, any issues/questions resolved very quickly by Eos or Stavvas. Well maintained and well equipped, had almost everything you need for self catering. Sun all day long around the pool, 1 min walk from the beach, Polis (10min drive) has supermarkets, butchers, bakers etc. Pool towels provided, as well as basics like sugar/tea/toilet roll.

“Lovely villa, ideally located”

We booked this villa while staying in it the previous year and 4 days into the holiday we booked it again for next year. The pool is amazing, it’s very secluded and private yet only 50m from the beach and 5 restaurants within a 20 minute walk. There is a working farm beside the villa so you get the associated noises but that doesn’t bother us. We had one slight issue and the owner rectified it with a couple of hours and is very friendly. My wife and I love coming to this area and this villa is ideally located.

The Villa was lovely. In a lovely location. We were literally 100 yards from the beach. Which was clean & stunning views. We even got to see the turtle nests which were right along the coast line. The nests under the sand are protected by metal frames & pinpointed with small flags, so there is no risk of disturbing them when you go to the beach, they are clearly marked. There were only a few villas, so nice & quiet. To the rear of the villa is an orchard, and the front of the villa is the private road to gain access to the villas. Either side is another villa. You have complete privacy, while inside & out of the villa, as you are surrounded by high, thick hedging, which has beautiful flowers. We were at the villa for 10 days, arriving the first week of October. The weather was perfect, cooler in the evenings, which made sleeping very comfortable. This did make for the swimming pool to be a tad chilly in the morning, but it did soon warm up. The pool is a great size & plenty of sun loungers available, with little side tables, which was a nice touch. There is a lovely patio by the pool with table & chairs, which was lovely to have breakfast on in the morning. Or there is the option to have breakfast on the upstairs balconies that the upstairs rooms all have access to. The best supermarket is a 10min drive away in Polis, called Papa Antonio's. It provides everything you need for a self-catering villa stay. The Villa has everything you need for a self-catering stay. On arrival there was the basic essentials, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Which was most definitely needed. We met the owner on a few occasions, as he personally checks the pool water every other day & maintains the properties. He is a lovely guy & clearly takes pride in his villa's & nothing is too much trouble for him. As a family, we had no issues with this villa & would highly recommend it.

Location, pool, parking, it basically had everything we needs for our holiday.

The villa is located in a rural location and as such you should expect to be surrounded by rural life, this will include, as stated by other visitors, cockerels, chickens, dogs and workers amongst other fairly audible sounds; some of which will go on through most of the night. However we mostly found this endearing as it reminded us that local Cypriote life was going on around us. The owner is very friendly and carries out the maintenance himself; which is pretty much full time however he is very kind and keeps your privacy in mind all the time. The villa is located near some local hostelries, which are very walkable however unless you have no intention of leaving the villa at all, you really do need a car as an essential. For us, we found the villa located a little way out of Polis, however nothing a 5 minute drive couldn't solve and there are plenty of facilities in Polis. Highly recommended are any of the plethora of boat trips run by Blue Lagoon; these guys were really friendly and we had an amazing afternoon and for the price (from £16 to £35 depending on what trip you take) was incredible value.

“Perfect villa in an amazing area”

The villa is ideally located about 100m from the beach. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I have 2 villa holidays a year and have never rebooked the same villa. Half way through this holiday we rebooked this villa again for next year. The pool is amazing and is very secluded and private. The ceiling fans alongside the aircon are very welcome as relief from the temperatures
