“Excellent location, friendly owners”

We had a lovely stay at Villa Halima. Excellent location with a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to shops. The villa was lovely. Well equipped and clean, with nice views. The owners were very friendly and approachable. The pool and outdoor sitting area was lovely.

The villa was an absolute bargain considering the price. Some of the villa, particularly the kitchen and 2 of the bathrooms are a little tired but this is clear in the photographs. If anything, I'd say that the photos of the outside space do not do it justice - the pool and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were all clean with comfortable beds and all the different balconies were great for when people wanted a bit of time to themselves The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. When we got there, the aircon wasn't working properly in one of the rooms which we reported the next morning - obviously the previous guests hadn't reported it. This was sorted out really quickly and efficiently by a whole new aircon unit being fitted. We have stayed in the area as a couple a few times and one of the reasons we chose the villa was it's position. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk into Latchi so perfect for everyone to be able to do things independently We went as part of my 60th birthday celebrations with our kids and 2 of their partners (7 of us in total) and the villa was more than big enough to accommodate us all comfortably and we had a brilliant holiday.

Everything! Hands down the best holiday we have ever experienced. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful, they looked after us throughout our stay, gave us information on where to eat, gave us swimming floats for my son for the pool. The villa was beautiful so much space for the family, everything you could want for a family holiday. Location was second to none, right by the beach and loved being in with locals. We will definitely be returning. Alexandros and his wife katalina were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming and constantly cleaning the pool and gardens. Thank you! Until next time...

The swimming pool is cleaned everyday and is just perfect. The outside gardens are beautifully kept. Lots of space in the villa itself, with views to the sea. Easy walking distance to Latchi Harbour with lots of bars and restaurants. The owners (Alex and Kathy) are super nice and made us feel at home. This was our 5th stay here and will return!

Very spacious villa with clean pool and beautiful garden! The villa was in a very convenient location, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The owners, Alex and Katerina were very kind and supportive!

Villa was well equipped with everything you might need in a kitchen and spacious - one double room is a little smaller /tight. The pool and gardens were lovely and Alex came every morning to ensure it was immaculate. Certainly a great villa and location. Quick walk to the beach. Lots of hot water and towels. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. We didn’t pay the extra for the lounge air conditioning. Very clean.

“Lovely villa”

Had a lovely 10 days in this villa and would highly recommend it. The location is brilliant with a quick walk to the beach, 15 min walk to a latchi harbour where there are many good restaurants and boat trips, water sports to choose from. The outside area and pool were cleaned everyday by a lovely local couple.

There wasn't anything not to like about our stay. An amazing location and 2 mins walk from the beach. Villa was very roomy and pool extremely clean and quite large. Around the villa the owner Alex has planted many fruit trees to include...Lemon, large and small oranges (He even grafted a small orange branch onto a large orange tree). Also, pomegranate, apple, avocado.... We found the genuine hospitality Katrianna and Alex showed really made our trip so special.

Villa with great location near the sea. Good swimming pool which was cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything needed.

A stunning property. Totally shocked at the size. I can’t explain how exceptional this villa was. highly recommend this to anyone and I’ll be returning
