“Absolutely brilliant stay , the Villa is beautiful..Well equipped, lovely peaceful setting”

Everything was perfect!...

The villa was out of this well spaced out and in a good location with fab views.. To my surprise, the owners went out of their way and left us with a lovely welcome of a bootle of good red & white wine and even a pint of milk, bread, cheese, butter water and even beers. I thought that was a very nice thing for them to do after a long day travelling early hours in the morning. They even let us check out late as we had a late flight. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa.. I would recommend this place and I'm definitely would come back there again.

“Villa Christodoula”

Villa Christodoula was exceptional, very clean, and comfortable. Couldn't want for anything. Welcome pack was a nice touch, milk, bread cheese, beer, and wine Pool a little bit cold for me in October, but to be expected. Owner George was only too pleased to help if needed and quick to reply with information when asked. Great places to walk to, square 15 mins walk away, with all bars and restaurants. In all, it was a great holiday.

“Great place to explore, relax and unwind!”

Villa Christodoula's location was perfect for us. We could walk to amenities for example; supermarkets and bakery within 5-10 minutes or a longer 15 minute walk leads into Polis itself, with it's lovely square and plenty of choice for eating out in traditional taverna's or having a cocktail or two! The property has beautiful sea and town views from nearly all the rooms. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a long stay. We stayed for 10 nights and did not want to come home. The pool was lovely, and it had the sun on it all day, plenty of sunbeds with areas of shade, to escape the heat if required. The welcome pack was really appreciated, George the owner was a pleasure to deal with, communication from the booking to checking out was excellent. He truly cared to ensure we had a good stay, which was so nice. All in all a great place to unwind and relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine that Cyprus has to offer.

“We couldn't have wished for a better place to spend our holidays”

Wow, what an amazing place! We had a great time at George's place. The house and surrounding garden with pool exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean, and we were welcomed by a kitchen filled with (among other things) bread, jam, coffee, tea and even cheese. We also loved the area, there a some great places to eat within walking distance (5 minutes). The nearby bakery has a lot of choice. The nearby supermarket is not big, but had everything we needed so for us it was perfect. If you walk the other way you'll get to the best lunch spot ever (To Karavani), definitely recommended! We walked to the Polis center a few times, which is a nice short walk (about 15 minutes) and it's a short drive to the beach. Our daughter celebrated her second birthday when we were her and she also had a great time. George arranged a cot and high chair. Our daughter also loved the pool, I think we've spent 2 hours a day in the pool haha. Communication with George was great, he responded fast to our questions and was of great help. We couldn't have wished for a better place to spend our holidays, many thanks George!!

“Fantastic Villa and Host.”

Villa was fantastic. We stayed for a week and a bit in April 2023. The place was clean, spacious rooms, nicely presented and well equipped. The area was good, it has a close distance mini market, the main supermarket was a bit further into the town (5 mins drive), pharmacy, barbers, gift shops and awesome restaurants too. The host (George) was very welcoming and was very quick and helpful to assist whenever we asked something. He brought us some oranges. Overall, our stay at the Villa was very enjoyable, kids loved it and would recommend others to stay there whenever they go to Cyprus. (4.5 / 5) or (9.5 / 10).

“Wonderful Family Villa in a stunning location .”

Beautiful property with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Really well equipped. Good location ideal to go to the beach and stunning villages of Polis and Latsi. An ideal location to experience traditional Cyprus you definitely need to hire a car is you stay here. A wonderful bakery and supermarket are a short walk down a steep hill. This is a family run Villa where any requests are met ,lovely hosts who were so kind and generous bringing us wine from there vineyards. We would definitely stay again.

very clean , open airy feel , great pool, good location with safe neighbourhood feel . air con in all bedrooms and lounge, well maintained inside and out . 2 restaurants and 2 bars and shops -5 min walk , Polis town centre 15 min stroll ( lots of bars and restaurants) .

“The best villa in the Polis”

I recommend the villas. Gregor is an owner from whom others should learn. Villa clean, barfzo well equipped with practically everything necessary to experience a great stay. Owner service at the highest level. A nice surprise was that there were small things waiting for us, such as Bread, water, etc. The owner took care of us and looked after us throughout our stay. I recommend it to everyone. This is not the first time to stay in Cyprus but I can definitely say that the villa and owner service are 110%. Pool clean, regularly operated by the company.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well equipped. Fabulous views of mountains and sea from bedrooms & balcony. Lovely clean pool. Within 15 minutes walk to Polis or 2 minutes drive. Also 3 minutes drive to Latsi The owners are on hand with a quick message for anything you need and welcome you with a starter pack. Visited us twice with delicious grapes and a bottle of local brandy. Would 100% recommend this property
