The property is a beautiful, old cottage on the edge of a small, peaceful, incredibly quiet village a short drive from the beach. The pictures and descriptions are really accurate - there's a large double bedroom with a comfortable superking bed and a smaller twin room. The kitchen/living room is compact but has everything you need and the kitchen is especially well-equipped. There is a toilet/shower room with a good sized shower enclosure and (mostly) good water pressure and temperature. The outside area is fantastic - a wide range of places to sit or lie with the option of shade or constant sun all day and the pleasure of watching the sun set behind the hills every evening. The pool is a good size and depth and cleaned regularly. There are 2 tavernas within walking distance, both of which are worth a visit in the evening and the nearby town of Latsi has good beaches and a great range of restaurants. There is little to do within walking distance so a car would be recommended. The hosts are great - excellent communication, helpful recommendations and regular contact. We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for a fortnight in August and would thoroughly recommend this property to others.

Simona Stone House, the most perfect peaceful retreat. If you value privacy and an opportunity to unwind you will find Simona Stone House ticks all of the boxes. The pool is excellent and perfect to dip into on hot lazy days. Just a few minutes away and you will find Latchi beach, uncrowded with plenty of beds to hire at a reasonable price. Joanna is a superb, kind and very responsive host who made many recommendations for Latchi and Polis. We followed Joanna’s recommendations and were not disappointed. Latchi has a small, stunning marina with a number of fabulous restaurants, you will not be disappointed. All locals are wonderfully friendly. We loved every single minute of our holiday. A car is essential, car hire is very reasonable but on a number of evenings we used a local taxi available 24 hours/day as recommended by Joanna. Facilities at Simona Stone House are excellent, no need to take a travel iron or even a hair dryer, all are provided.The washing machine is very handy if you want to cut down on luggage… the air conditioning is excellent if you need respite on hot days. We purchased bits and bobs from a little super market 2 minutes walk away and our children (23 and 18) enjoyed iced Lattes at the cafe in the centre of the village. On a number of occasions we enjoyed a meal at the villa using the barbecue, we purchased a range of tasty meats from the supermarket at Polis.You will find everything that you need at Simona Stone House and will not be disappointed. We left with the relaxed feeling that we have discovered a hidden gem.

The stone house is a beautiful „little“ house in a small beautiful village. The Swimmingpool was lovely set in a lovely garden and very peaceful, no traffic or neighbors. A place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The property is located in a little village and it’s a quiet place which is absolutely beautiful and a typical Cypriot house. Joanna was so helpful and lovely!
