Let me tell you — this is the perfect choice for anyone looking to stay in Latchi. The apartment had everything we needed, from cleaning products to food and drink supplies. The host was a genuinely kind and helpful person, even offering us the option to stay longer on our checkout day. The apartment was clean, modern, and conveniently close to everything — supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, and the beach. The building felt safe and secure. I totally recommend it, especially because of the amazing host!

Everything was spotless! Very well equipped, felt like home. Excellent communication. There was even brand new colors and coloring books left in the beautiful cabinet for our 6 year old. Location is a 10 min walk to town. Smart Tv , AC units in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 Toilets. Quiet and clean Apartment complex. The pool was very clean. Latchi beaches just a 10 min drive. We have been staying in Polis every year for as long as I remember. This was by far my favorite apartment.

I cannot fault Eco-Stay apartment. The only negative, not for me, could be proximity to the beaches. Otherwise, everything is walkable. The host and the staff (Lydia) are friendly, helpful and generally all-round good people.
