Set amidst well-tended gardens, just 100 metres from Latchi Beach in Polis Chrysochous, Sandy Beach Villa features a private pool and a furnished sun terrace. The spacious villa is divided in 3 levels and enjoys views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain. Fitted with wrought-iron beds and well-chosen decorative items, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen with seating and dining area. Facilities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Air conditioning is available at extra charge. A table tennis can be found in the seating area. Guests can relax at the sun loungers by the pool or at the sofas found in the sea-view balcony. BBQ facilities are also available on site for al fresco dining. The centre of Latchi, where beachfront restaurants, shops and banks are featured, can be reached within a short drive from Sandy Beach Villa. Paphos International Airport is located 55 km away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and free parking is possible on site.

Gorgeous pool, relaxing gardens, brilliant games facilities. This was a perfect place to relax and unwind with access to a wonderful beach. Great property to relax in with family and friends.

“Great Villa for Family or Friends Getaway”
The villa is stunning and extremely well maintained. Very clean with 4 comfortable bedrooms. Location wise there is a beach around a 2 min walk from the house. It takes less than 5 mins to get a taxi into Latchi Harbour. Igor and Natalia are very responsive and helpful and it was easy to coordinate with them.
