It was inconvenient that the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. We had to fix it every day because it kept slipping off the bracket.

The design, decor, furnishings, crockery, glasses, etc were all well considered, beautiful and plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the dining area with view out into the garden (and the egg chair). We enjoyed this outdoor space each morning, reading in the sun. Location within walking distance of both Latchi and Polis was also excellent.

Design of the apartment, nice & quiet location but not far from the shops, beach & reastaurants. The apartment was fully equipped, we were heartily welcomed with nice snacks and water and air condicioning turned on for our comfort. In the area there is no problem with parking spaces (in February).

The apartment was not only easy to use but also genuinely pleasant to live in — it felt like a real home away from home. Mario was an exceptional host, very attentive and responsive, always ready to help and making sure everything was perfect for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We've booked the appartment for the next year and we'll highly recommend this accomodation to all our friends and fellow travelers visiting Polis/Latchi!

Apartment has a lovely layout with a beautiful patio served by a nice seated dining area, yet slightly separate from the main property. Decor was fun & interesting. Communal swimming pool was very nice and completely quiet when we used it in the mornings & evenings.

“A hidden gem”

A tasteful and clean semi-detached cottage ideally located very close to the sea and the main road, yet in a very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay as a family of four and made use of the complete place, the beautiful outside area as well as the cozy living room the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. The house is very well equipped with everything necessary to your daily needs (dishwasher, laundry, oven, microwave, etc). We are already considering booking for next year.

Where to start? First of all it's like living in a beautiful gallery of art, everything is stunning from tableware, glassware, lanterns to lamps and tables. You will find everything you need in the property as it's perfectly equipped, it far exceeded our expectations. There were water and juice waiting in the fridge and some crackers, butter and jam prepared as we entered the apartment - which was soooo nice after long journey and made us feel very welcomed. There is an air-con in every room and comfortable dining area next to the patio. The owner of the property is very responding, nice person and he stayed in touch with us all the time. Oh, and the view from the balcony... About the area: there's walking distance (20-25 min) to Latchi beaches and restaurants and to the nearest small supermarket in Polis (about 10 min). Also we had no problems with parking our car, there was always space. I would love to come back:))))

Akamas Sunset Apartment was a delight to stay at. The property is spacious with all of the amenities you require for a short - or longer- stay. It feels like a home from home, very comfortable and the decor is fabulous - as described Boho chic! There are 3 outdoor private areas connected to the apartment which provided plenty of options for outdoor seating. Host Marios provided excellent communication and clear instructions, which made checking in, and out, effortless! If you know this location, you will know it is a quiet area, slightly remote and requires a bit of walking, a car or taxi to get around. We look forward to hopefully returning to the Akamas Sunset Apartment in the future.

Quiet and calm area, very good equipped kitchen. Near to beach and some restaurants. Didn’t met the host, but very friendly and helpful. Style and interior of the apartment was beautiful.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was very cosy and had everything we could have wanted. The location was also great, very quiet and close to Akamas National Park and the sea. Each room had aircon/heating. We really loved the garden area and breakfasts in the sun there! If we ever visit Cyprus again, we would definitely stay in this apartment again!

This is a great apartment, greatly equipment and furnished. We also loved the spacious garden where our son had enough space to play. The host was easy to reach, very kind and helped us with all our questions.

It might be the best place I have ever stayed in. Ideal for people who need peace and quiet. Fully equipped, beautiful boho design, comfortable patio. Highly recommended.
