We like the location of the property as it is an easy drive to Zadar airport, Zadar old Town, Supernova shopping center, Kraka National Park, Vrana Lake and Nin beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and spacious garden. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts Daniella and her mum was very kind and accommodating to our requests. The apartment is in a quiet area, we can hear Scops owl at night. The apartment have airconditioning in both rooms and living area. Kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker are also available. It is a home away from home. We highly recommend staying at Luxury apartment Laly.

What a lovely stay we had in Policnic, Croatia! The appartment is exactly like the pictures and is located at the ground floor. The parents of the owners live on the first floor. The only thing you hear of them is the usual sounds of a home and they walk around the house to take care of there garden with all kind of fruits en vegetabeles. Which they love to share! Almost every day they brought us fruits like grapes, vigs, tomatoes, and (water)melon. Depending on the season ofcorse. And they were very kind for us and our 2 year old son. They even showed him the chicken coop which he liked very much. The jacuzzi was perfect and gives you a nice view of the green garden and the beautifull stars above you at night. The owners will completly clean it every week. You can text them very easy and there responding is fast. The owners are also very hospitable. The appartment is located in a village with only local people, and very central to visit different areas of North Dalmatië like: - Different supermarkets from small to bigger ones. - 30 min drive: Nin beach (sandy beach with a view of the mountains). - 20 min drive : Zadar city (and an inside shopping mall too) - 20 min drive: National Park Paklenica / Novigradsko More (lake) - 1 hour drive: Krka waterfall & Sibenik - 1.5 hour drive: Plitvice Lakes. - Etc...

Owner was super friendly and nice. Property was very clean and of high standard. Place is of great size and it has all the amenities. Most important thing is that the host is very friendly, helpful and kind. The apartment is new and made in a modern style. Apartment is in a very quiet area so it's perfect for relaxing.
