“A fabulous place from which to explore the Hunter Valley”

Villa GRENACHE is located about 1km from the entrance to Cyprus Lakes in the HunterValley. Surrounded by bushland and golf course with well kept roads and grounds, the villa has a view of the mountains and is nestled in amongst the other villas in this huge development. The restaurant and swimming pool are located about 1km from the villa, along the tarred internal road. There is a cafe, breakfast room, pantry for room supplies, deck, and restaurant all located at the reception area of the development. As it was the weekend, it was quite busy but we enjoyed our time there and the cafe food was delicious. Our villa was neat, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults. It was very quiet despite of the number of guests due to the layout of the development. We’d definitely return.

We’ve stayed at Cypress Lakes a few times and this would be my favourite property so far. Very clean, comfortable and nicely renovated. Good amenities and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Liked being at the back of the estate and have uninterrupted views of the bush and hills. Even got to watch kangaroos feeding and preening themselves below the balcony. Would definitely book again.

We liked that the accommodation was on the ground level. All was clean & tidy. The two bedrooms & two bathrooms suited us perfectly. The view was lovely. Entrance using the key pad was easy for all.
