Bedside lamp didn't work. TV bracket wouldn't hold TV in position. Hot water takes 15 minutes to get hot. All remotes were in one room instead of the room they were used for. Fan in room makes clunking noise when on.

“Really comfortable stay.”
The unit was so cosy. Everything was comfortable and well set out. Grateful for the heating as it was really cold outside. The restaurant was lovely.
