We had such a lovely stay at Palmer in Hunter Valley. We actually booked quite late at night (around 7–8pm) after leaving another Airbnb we were really disappointed with, and the staff were so welcoming and kind to accommodate us. The cabin was small but incredibly cosy, clean, and comfortable — it instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Waking up in the morning was magical. Kangaroos were right outside our cabin, and seeing the hot air balloons floating across the sky made the view even more beautiful. The facilities were amazing too — swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and they even provided all the sports equipment. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests to enjoy. What touched us the most was their kindness after our stay. I lost my card with my photo ID, and the team found it near the printer and kindly emailed me and arranged to send it back to my address. Such genuine hospitality and care. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back!

one of the best accomodations that we had during our Aussie trip. The lodge is nice, tidy, clean and comfy cozy. We would definately visit Palmers Lane Estate again. Mr. Fens is friendly and nice. He welcome us even we are a bit late arriving the place and shared recommanded places to us. A cheese platter and a bottle of wine was offered to us. We enjoyed the stay very much!!!

Amazing location and surroundings. Walking distance to some fantastic wineries and wild kangaroos around! The owners were so friendly and welcoming, letting us check in early. And the accomodation was so comfortable and lovely - it was the best of both worlds feeling like you got a rural experience, but in serious comfort and beauty!

Couldn’t speak highly enough about this property. Warm welcomes at reception and super helpful. The lounge room/dining room was a great open space and had everything you needed, the bedrooms were also super comfortable. Waking up to Kangeroos surrounding the house was incredible. The other properties were spaced really well so it felt very private. Beautiful wineries just down the road in walking distance. Our trip was with a small group of friends to celebrate their upcoming wedding, everyone couldn’t speak highly enough. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was ideal for a group weekend getaway. It had everything we could have needed and the lodges are perfectly spaced out. Waking up every morning to kangaroos outside of the property was an added bonus. Wish we could have spent longer in the place and would definitely stay again.

We loved the peaceful setting with kangaroos right on the doorstep – such a unique Hunter Valley experience. The fireplace was a great touch for cozy evenings, and the villa being fully self-contained made it super convenient. The location was ideal for exploring nearby wineries and restaurants, and the property felt private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
