The owner had thought of every single thing possible to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. On arrival there was chocolates and wine on the bench, breakfast stuff in the fridge. Fresh muffins and cookies baked for us on the bench. Water bottles were placed on our bedside tables, towels ready to go, bath robes. There was board games in the cupboards. Tour guides, the place it's self was furnished with the lovely furniture and things like sound bars and Bluetooth speakers. A fire place with wood all ready to go. A BBQ to cook on a spa to enjoy. It was clean, peaceful and pure bliss. The owner was so very lovely and showed us how to use the spa and was very understanding when we had booked a day activity and were possibly going to be late for check out. I couldn't recommend staying here more if I tried. Absolutely phenomenal little get away and a must for anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter Valley region. It was also so close to every activity we did which made it even more of a convenience. 10/10

Beautiful spot and so peaceful, falling asleep to the sounds of nature was wonderful. Jillian the host, was absolutely lovely and the thoughtful extras really made our stay comfortable. The breakfast provisions were so handy after a long day of travelling. The place was spotless and the fireplace, which can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the lounge room, was such a special touch. Highly recommended

Nestled in nature, the surroundings are quiet and private—perfect for a peaceful getaway. I also really appreciated the owner, Julian, for helping arrange a surprise birthday cake for my husband. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

The villa had everything we needed with a lovely aspect and peace and quiet. The breakfast provisions were ample and varied. Enjoyed using the outdoor spa and would love to stay again in winter to use the outdoor fire and pizza oven! Jillian is an amazing host and has really thought of everything! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Loved the location at the rear of the property with full bush outlook. Breakfast provisions were generous. The property is well stocked with basic pantry items and an excellent assortment of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and crockery.

I booked a stay at Deja Vu Estate to celebrate my partners birthday. I let the host know this and asked about organising a cake, upon arrival there was a cake and little blackboard with a birthday message. My partner absolutely loved it and I think it was the best way to begin our stay. The villa itself has a lot to offer, as well as being located in a good spot to explore the Hunter Valley.

The property had a comfortable couch, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. It was spacious. Scrupulously clean throughout, except for the spa. It was luxurious with lovely heated tiles in the bathroom, a fantastic spa bath and enormous shower with a terrific hot water system.

Jillian and Brent were very hospitable and extremely kind and accommodating when we had to wait for transport beyond the checkout time. Thank you, Jillian, for checking in during and after our unexpected transport situation.

We enjoyed every part of our stay from the beautiful surrounding gardens and bushland, the perfectly positioned and laid out Villa, the luxurious bath and spa, even the smell of the linen was delightful!
