Château Elan at The Vintage Hunter Valley is a luxury golf and spa resort. It is a 2-hour drive from Sydney. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi. Cessnock Airport is a 5-minute drive. The staff were lovely and so helpful! The location is so peaceful and relaxing, I could really unwind. The resturant had amazing food, I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a Villa room and it was enormous and very clean. The bed was very comfy but the pillows were a bit too firm. Dinner at Legends was superb and the staff went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was special. It was a bit of a trek on foot across the resort to the restaurant but definitely worth the journey because the food was outstanding.
