The villa was ideal for our party of four adults and location in heart of Hunter vineyards was a real bonus. The wonderful treats left for us by the host was a nice surprise.

Spacious, comfortable beds, well situated and easy to do tours from there. Perfect for a group. Saw kangaroos. Lovely mini cheeseboard and wine provided, plenty towels etc.

Clear communication with the hosts, great location for easy access to cellar doors for wine tasting. Excellent facilities on site and we loved the little touches of chocolates and the bottle of wine on arrival which leaves a great experience. Very clean.

Very good location, nice pool, kangaroos out the front door. Cafe did us a nice breakky - beds were comfy and they gave us choccies, breakfast, and snacks! Very nice!

We stayed for two nights, my partner, my son and I), this villa was absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Hunter Valley. The scenery is stunning — peaceful views, beautiful wildlife, and plenty of space to unwind. My partner loved seeing the animals around the property especially the kangaroos, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool and using the BBQ area. The host truly went above and beyond. The villa was stocked with thoughtful extras, including butter, eggs, bacon, jam, bread, cereal, milk, wine, and even chocolates in the bedroom. High‑quality soap, shampoo, and amenities were also provided, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Everything was clean, cosy, and well‑set‑up. We felt completely taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, family‑friendly escape in the Hunter Valley. We’d happily stay again!

Great central location for exploring the Hunter. Great location of the Villa allowing privacy. Very clean. Extra bedding, plenty of towels plus pool towels and bathroom products. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing extras including eggs, bacon, milk, cheese platter, bottle of wine & chocolates! We appreciated all the thoughtfulness!

Beautiful property. Pre and post communication was not only professional but we felt like we were taken care of during our time away. Greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese platter and condiments galore, allowing the parents to enjoy the stay as much as our 3 children. Breakfast was just perfect! The children loved the trivia and games to explore during our time at the property. The property was very well presented and had everything our little get away needed. The property grounds were wonderful, lots of nature, kangaroos and the sounds of birds. The facilities ie pool, tennis, golf and playground was all wonderful and allowed us to rest and enjoy just being together. The property location is central to all, but it doesn’t feel like it at all, the beautiful roads and views was exactly what’s to be expected from the Hunter valley. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property and we are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Host was extremely attentive with very quick response time. The villa was spotlessly clean and well suited our groups needs. Thoughtful touches - breakfast supplies, chocolates, wine and swim towels provided. Walking distance to restaurants was an absolute bonus.

Good location, lots of activities , swimming pool for children and very clean. Also good range of breakfast provided by host. Can see the late, kangaroo and birds when walking in front of the villa.

Everything as described. Well maintained unit. Extremely generous breakfast provisions. Cheese, wine and Crackers too. Pool is great for kids. Tennis court surface a little run down but can still get some good games in. We often stay at the villas in this complex because of the facilities, proximity and privacy. We didn't know one or more units weren't run/owned through holiday company but there was no issue. Owner communicated well. We will definitely be back.
