Helpful staff. Team allowed luggage storage. Comfortable room and bed. Decent breakfast. On the edge of lakeside, so easy to get to places while being much calmer than hotels that are more centrally based. Close to tourist bus station.

“Excellent staff, excellent stay!”
My stay at Snow Peak is one of the very few hotels I have stayed at in terms of quality standards, helped along the way by the staff. The view from the room's terrace is breathtaking. The staff is exquisite, friendly and far above the expected standard. On the day of departure, early in the morning, a breakfast package was ready for us, so we could avoid stress and eat in peace and quiet on the bus. Highly recommended.

I stayed just for the one night prior to heading back to Kathmandu and the Hotel Snow Peak was perfect for what I needed. Booked this hotel as it was in the perfect location close by to the Tourist Bus Park. Staff were friendly, room was big and comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus. Left early so didn't get to try out the breakfast unfortunately.

“Stay in Pokhara”
Staff were really helpful! They arranged for us to be collected for our zip line trip and arranged taxis for us when needed, they also helped with money exchange, really friendly and lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help us

“Clean and pleasant on the edge of the lakeside area”
Only a short stay but everything was great, happy and efficient staff on reception Datshin was lovely explaining about things to do. Even provided a take away breakfast due to leaving early for my bus on the last day.

“A memorable one, would like to come back again one day”
The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. So this act of her showed her greatness as a proprietor. She is not greedy for money. Hats off to you all

The Bathroom is very clean the Shower is excellent hot water works after trekking Wow . The view of Annapurna and Fish Tail mountain is excellent .
