“Beautiful location, beautiful facilities. A bit more notice needed about preserving the environment.”
At the end of the 1st day (after one round of cleaning), I think a window was left open (in the air conditioned room). As it was behind the curtains, I did not notice and the AC ran the entire night until I noticed the next morning. Moreover, because the window was open, mosquitoes had gotten in and that night I could barely sleep from all the mosquito bites.

The hotel is in a prime location. There is easy access for tourist requirements. Hotel service and staff are exceptional. Quality of food very good. Advise to add eggless items in bakery section. Hotels offer non charge steam souna which is plus point and yes there is kids play zone too. The roof top restaurant was great. It has amazing view of the lake and mountains. Overall it was memorable stay. recommend to all.

“Best place to be in”
Few things I liked about hotel 1. Location heart of lakeside 2. Friendly Staff 3. Mountain view room 4. Delicious Food 5. Pool 6. The spa that the hotel had 7. Cherry on top was THE SKY BAR AND LOUNGE front office team Manu Sujata Nischal was amazing at check in and check out Service Suraj and Bishnu was outstanding

“Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable room.”
Rooms are clean, facility is a bit old but all functioning and well maintained. Shower water is heated but it takes 2-3 mins to pre-heat. Very lovely rooftop lounge where we can see the whole lake view. Location is very good as it’s just a step next to the Main Street of lakeside. Staffs are extremely friendly and attentive.
