The hotel is located perfectly, 3 minutes from the lake and the main street. It is clean and comfortable and the restaurant food is amazing with a wide variety of Nepali and international food. The staff is beyond friendly and nice and helped with whatever we needed. The operations manager, Sanjog, picked us up from the bus station, organized our taxi rides and helped with all the information we needed with enthusiasm and great knowledge. The experience in this hotel helped us shape an even better impression of Pokhara and it is our biggest reccomendation!

Our stay at Hotel Lake Shore was fantastic from start to finish. We stayed one night before our 11‑day ABC trek and returned for three nights afterward. The hotel manager, Mr. Sanjog, was incredibly kind - he picked us up from Pokhara Airport at no extra cost. The hotel also stored our excess bags during the trek, which was a huge help. The location is central yet peaceful on the quieter side of Lakeside. Our room was spacious enough for all our gear, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot water and water pressure were great. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The entire team - cleaning staff, restaurant staff, and reception were wonderful. Mr. Paras was a joy to chat with, and a lovely woman at reception kindly lent us her personal umbrella to use. Everyone made us feel welcomed and at home. We also used their laundry service after the trek, and WOW - best decision ever. The per‑kg service left all our clothes, including trekking gear and fleece, spotless and beautifully fresh. It saved us so much effort when returning home. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. A truly warm and memorable stay!

“Well located comfortable hotel”

The hotel is in a great location close to Phewa Lake and shops and restaurants. Our family room had a double and single bed and had great views of two snow capped Himalayan peaks. The room was very comfortable and clean with good free Wi Fi. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We had free transport to the bus station and transport to the airport is also available. The hotel can arrange tours if required. The restaurant food and service was very good. The hotel was very reasonably priced too.
