“Upsetting”
Nothing. We arrived to this hotel thinking we can cook there (following the pictures in the site) and when we mention that the owner got really upset with us and offer us to go and find different place which what we did. It was for me after traveling 1 month in the Nepal the first very unfriendly local I met.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable! The shower has strong hot water, it was such a luxury to shower there! The hotel owner was always very kind and helpful with us. He recommended places, activities, and even transportation! We had an issue with our dates before arriving and needed to move our check-in earlier, and the owner was able to accommodate us without any problem!!! We would definitely come back! 😄

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hot shower was excellent with strong water pressure, which was perfect after long days out. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. WiFi worked reliably throughout our stay, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to leave some of our bags at the hotel during our 5-day trek, which made everything much easier for us. We really appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel! We stayed here before and after our trek and the owners let us store our excess baggage while we were away. The owners are really friendly and helpful and helped us book taxis and buses when we needed. The location is excellent, just off the road next to the lake with lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfy and excellent value.

“Perfect for a relaxing stay in Pokhara”
- quite, nice Location near restaurants,shops, activities - friendly staff - great view, lots of windows with mosquito net - comfortable bed - we had a big room with mirrors, table, chair, kettle - hot shower, if you go early - really good price

Comfortable, clean and central hotel. Staff could be more helpful and sometimes seemed reluctant to assist. Safe drinking water was not always available or was of poor quality.
