Keshav..: the Manager/Owner of "Crystal Apartments" makes sure your stay is as good as is possible. His enthusiasm is the key to that, verifying with you that all is as it should be, down to the Apartments comfort, the cleanliness, the workings of all the facilities, which are all that an Apartment should have and "Crystal Apartments" does! It's not huge but more than adequate in size. He goes to no end of trouble for you...( Keshav patiently waited for my arrival for 2 hours..: I'd been delayed..: I was greatly appreciative for his gesture ) Keshav makes his efforts a huge advantage for a first-time stayer. The location is excellent. On Street 4...: a short walk to ALL Lakeside amenities/shops/supermarkets/pubs and restaurants. Another huge advantage as it's well away from any traffic noise, but very close to amenities listed. Great value for money as the Apartment was far better than anticipated ,but really no surprise as it was exactly as described by "Booking.Com"..which is always the case, in my experiences, with them. Keshav deserves a lot of/all of the credit for making "Crystal" able to be recommended to all travelers. Which I have no hesitation in doing . I wish him all the best as he deserves it. Apartments in Pokhara are possibly very competitive by nature...you will not be disappointed in your stay there.

4min away from Bus station… Place was quite and clean.. grocery shop was down to the building ,, fruits and vegetable shop also near…. Apartment was cozy and beautiful for couple… One of the clean apartment

I like the way they provide the hospitality for the guest and their breakfast was outstanding and its location is easy to access.Rooms are wonderful and love the arts on the wall.Everything was well maintained and managed. I will definitely refers to my friends and family.

Location close to numerous restaurants and small grocery shops to supply the kitchen. The kitchen is well set up, enabling you to do self-catering easily. The bathroom is small but functional, with good hot water and pressure. Good internet speed and available TV channels within the apartment. Good lighting and power points are available, and a ceiling fan provided for a quiet and cooling effect when needed. Curtains keep rooms dark when drawn, and storage for clothes could be more to enable unpacking if staying long-term. A washing machine is available, and a clothes hanging area is available on the roof. The willingness of staff to assist has addressed any issues that have arisen quickly and effectively during the stay.

The landlord's friendliness and helpfulness added a personal touch, making us feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen turned every meal into an enjoyable experience. The apartment's cleanliness and comfortable bed elevated our stay. With high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, we were seamlessly connected. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, perfect for relaxing. Quick access to the lake and stores made exploring the area effortless. This rental was a perfect fusion of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
