“Amazing place close to Pokhara”

It is a nice place run by a lovely couple. Location is amazing. You can enjoy the views from the restaurant as well as from the rooms. There are few tracks accessible from the hotel and the owners do all possible to make your stay enjoyable. We were traveling with a 4 y.o. And he has loved the place as well!

We booked ES Deurali for two nights. The panoramic view from the room was incredible, with multiple peaks including Annapurna South, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri visible right from the room. The food was delicious, and everything was very well thought out. There were so many Himalayan birds around, along with easy walking trails to explore. It is just 40 minutes from Pokhara, making it very easy to access while still being incredibly rewarding for the views. We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone looking for a quiet time in the Himalayas without having to trek.

Location is stunning - lovely ride there and surrounding farmland - and a beautiful setup- gardens, seating areas, lovely cafe top seating area. Just gorgeous.

The location was absolutely to die for - perched over looking the Himalaya’s I had a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains including fishtail, Annapurna range and even as far as manaslu. It is possible to see from the rooms but the best view is from the restaurant balcony at sunrise. The staff were lovely and friendly recommending options for local treks and how to get there by bus etc. They were also super kind and made me super early breakfast on my last day when I needed to catch an early flight.

A peaceful mountain escape with unforgettable views and warm hospitality—perfect if you want to slow down and enjoy nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with large windows that make the most of the mountain view. The family who run the resort were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which added a personal touch to the experience. The food was also quite good, especially enjoying meals with that stunning view.

“An absolute dream getaway with mountain views”

An absolute dream getaway just about an hour from Pokhara! I stayed here with my family, and we were completely awestruck by the breathtaking mountain range views — both from our room and right outside. Waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The sunrise is an absolute must see, don’t miss it! The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. This is a perfect choice if you’re traveling with elderly family members or young children who may not be able to hike but still want to enjoy spectacular mountain views. Highly, highly recommended!

Arriving at the top of the steps to the hotel and looking around at the bearthtaking view and pretty garden and surroundings was well, breathtaking! The staff helped and looked after us well, arranging transport and accommodation for short trek to Australia camp. Delicious food and cosy restaurant. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and heater in room to keep warm. All good.

Once the clouds lift, the views become second to none. The night views of the mountains under moonlight are equally as exceptional. The family and staff who run this resort all come across as warm, kind and welcoming. And the home cooked food is delicious. Overall, it was a magical experience for us and we wished we could have stayed on.

It was a pleasent stay in an amazing place with stunning views! The hosts will welcome you and help you with your bags. They will try to make you feel comfortable at every moment. We were lucky to stay in this place and learn more about the Sherpa culture as the family that runs the Hotel comes from the Everest area. The food was amazing and the staff were very close to us. We could even walk their dog on the trails around the Hotel. We will definitly come back and stay for longer. It´s the perfect place to escape from Pokhara a bit and wake up with the most amazing views from the Annapurna range.

We loved our stay at ES Deurali Resort! After two busy months in the cities, this was the perfect place to slow down and connect with nature. Even during monsoon we still got some amazing mountain views. The hike to the old king’s residence (now a temple) is a must — the views are stunning. The resort is family-run, and everyone family and staff is super friendly. The granddad is so lovely always greeted us with a warm smile and namaste, and their cute dog joined us once at breakfast. Breakfast was very tasty with big portions, (Thanks for the breakfast!) The outdoor area is beautiful with flowers, butterflies, and even some wildlife like squirrels etc.. we spotted a 1 meter gray langur on a hike to the Temple (former king residence) at the top of the hill! Rooms are decent, WiFi works but can be spotty which is understandable considering we’re in the mountains (best to have a 4G plan if you work online).

We had a fantastic time in ES Deurali. The manager and staff were great. The food was so good that we didn't get tired of it even after eating it for several days. The carefully crafted trekking trails around the resort were also good and not difficult, making it the best for healing. Above all, the Himalayan scenery from the resort, even from the room, was incredible. We love the naturalistic spirit of this resort.

It is, hands down, an excellent location. The space is very artfully decorated. There are beautiful gardens. There is a long, beautiful walk beside the resort that offers stunning views of the scenery. The food is simple and good. The staff is very helpful and smiling.
