Very clean looks scary at night when we arrived but when saw in the morning it was unbelievable beautiful and parking is only 200 meter away Accross over the canal

The windows need more curtains for privacy. The neighbors can see right into your bedroom while changing. Also the cleaning crew is not very detailed.

The owner of the property was very helpful when contacting me with regard to getting access to the property. The property itself was very clean, the bathroom was modern, the kitchen was more than adequately equipped for a studio. The bedroom was comfortable enough - the bed was comfortable - although perhaps a little low for some. The 'sitting room' part of the studio seemed to have all that would be needed in the way of TV etc (although I didn't use it). The sitting area outside was good enough as a small outside space for a glass of wine, and the neighbours were friendly. The area was peaceful and quiet on an evening. Walks along the nearby river banks were a pleasure.

Quaint apartment in older building off a small garden/courtyard. Apartment was well equipped. Very convenient for visiting historic part of city. Free parking was possible if you did not mind walking (we could unload luggage at the front door before moving the car elsewhere). Once we established a whatsapp communication channel with the host, he was very helpful.

The apartment was very easy to locate with the instructions provided. The property was very clean and cosy. Very good facilities.

Location was down an alleyway from front of house. All was explained in follow up email from owner, including how to obtain key and information on parking. The gite was very compact and had to have lights on when inside. Plenty of bathroom space including washer. Towels provided. Most cleaning materials provided, even shower gel, although unused as allergies to lavender. TV in lounge area. Worked out how to use it eventually through Netflix. Neighbours very friendly. Wi-Fi is available. Property opposite river so fishing available (not sure what permits are required). Easier to walk in to Poitiers than drive. Straight up the street opposite the bridge. Approx 600 M to centre. Driving one way system up to 3 kms from city centre. Although very easy parking in underground car parks. Lovely city to visit and near all historical places around the area. Futures ope short drive away,

Excellent value and good location overlooking River

Clean, handy for town centre & a good range of amenities for a short break. Nice to have a small outdoor space to sit in the evening with a table & couple of chairs.
