Peace full and comfortable

The staff were warm and friendly. They made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious and the food at the restaurant was good. I would go back to this hotel just for the staff and the excellent service I received.

Super Comfortable :-)

Very humble and very polite Staff and they did everything to satisfy us in every ways . I would definitely select this hotel if i go there again. Super Excellent view and everything :-)

And after about 30-40mins they told they don't have rooms and they haven't checked the reservations coming from booking.com We were traveling to Jaffna for a wedding not just for a holiday. It was the long weekend so we couldn't find any other place as well so we had to abort all our plans and get back home. 1. They have a language issue. If you don't know Tamil you are helpless as their English is hard to understand 2. Messed up plans just because they haven't check booking.com 3. They are not polite when talking and they don't know how to communicate properly
